Under renovations, wish I would of know this before booking. Dust everywhere, half the carpet was pulled up, TV volume didn’t work well, and they ran out of towels one evening.

Other than that, the hotel is great; I would book it again and I recommend it!

The hotel is under renovation so not the place to stay if you’re sensitive to dust or smells. But the room itself was clean and comfy. Pool also clean but abnormally warm, almost hot. Overall, pleased with our stay.

There was construction going on so halls were messy. My room didn’t have light bulbs in the lamps by the bed. The room was clean. The gym floors were dirty and no towels so I had to grab pool towels in order to lay on the floor. I planned to wash clothes but washer was out of order, most likely due to construction.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We traveled with our dog, and he felt very welcome. I think he misses them! Everything worked, no complaints, room was fine. Everything was clean.

Great location, comfy beds, and friendly staff No complimentary breakfast; pool out of service (weren’t aware of that before our stay - didn’t affect us however others); rates were high

Barn doors for the bathroom doors do not give much privacy.

The hotel overall and the room were fine. We were highly disappointed that the pool area was under a major renovation. We were notified that the bar/restaurant was no longer opened on Sundays. Neither of these items were communicated either by the front desk at check-in or online. The breakfast the next morning is worth getting with your room!!
