1. The beds were very comfortable! 2. Front desk person who checked me in on Friday was very nice and helpful. 3. Lobby area is very nice with many seating areas. 1. Room lighting wasn't great. 2. Maid service came the second day and removed towels in the bathroom which wasn't necessary and then failed to replace the floor mat that we needed for the second day. 3. Free coffee pots in the lobby were usually empty and front desk person wasn't happy when I brought it to her attention. She did go get a full pot but then it was empty again 45 minutes later when the rest of my family came down. 4. Lack of a free breakfast was also disappointing. The $15 buffet didn't have much on it.

Clean, spacious, quiet, pleasant staff, good buffet, clean pools although heated too hot. Excellent location

The lady checking us in was great. Overall hotel public areas were very clean and nice looking Room had no blackout shades so the sun shining in in the morning was less than ideal. At 10am housekeeping was knocking on the door asking if we were leaving soon even though the dnd sign was on the door and checkout was at 12 noon. A king sized "suite" only had 1 night stand and the desk chair was a metal-framed chair from the dining room. I mentioned all of this to the front desk at checkout and was told "we adhere strictly to Marriotts brand requirements." This is absolutely untrue and probably the part that irritates me the most.

The location is very good. The bar is expensive. The elevator was dirty, although they were doing some updating they could clean the corners and shut the back door of the hotel instead of leaving it open.

Under renovations, wish I would of know this before booking. Dust everywhere, half the carpet was pulled up, TV volume didn’t work well, and they ran out of towels one evening.

Other than that, the hotel is great; I would book it again and I recommend it!

The hotel is under renovation so not the place to stay if you’re sensitive to dust or smells. But the room itself was clean and comfy. Pool also clean but abnormally warm, almost hot. Overall, pleased with our stay.

Love this hotel. It's quiet and the staff are very helpful and friendly
