The hotel staff was super friendly, the property was really clean. All of the amenities worked well and I enjoyed my stay.

Everything seemed quite clean.  One small exception was the tile floor, which was mostly clean. Despite our late arrival, not one of the staff seemed put-upon to check us in or out of our room, as sometimes happens elsewhere.  They were responsive and friendly. We appreciate the friendliness towards our pets as well, especially since we try to keep them clean and well behaved.

This hotel is always clean and comfortable. I never have to worry or wonder if it will live up to my expectation. It always does. The carpet is clean. The room had no bad odors. I've never checked in and been told I would need to take an alternate room because someone took the room I booked earlier. I wish their were more "My Place's" around when travelling.

Property served its purpose. Nothing spectacular, not the best lighting in the parking lot. No breakfast options at all besides coffee.

It was a great location and the staff was very friendly and helpful! It was nice to have a reasonable rate with a refrigerator/freezer, table, and coffee in the room!

Was very warm when entered our room at 10 pm. Lowered ac to 60 refrigeration only would kick in and kick out. Had hard time sleeping waking every hr as it was very hot in room and humid. Told desk clerk she came and checked it brought us a fan and would tell matinence that day. Second night still no better but we had a fan. Both night slept at part where feet go to get some air movement. Didn’t offer to move us rooms just told us it would be out of service after we left. Also water pressure ( cold ) in bathroom was very low as was toliet when flushing.

The room was perfect besides the lingering smell of old cigarette smoke.

Safe, clean, affordable, quiet.

Would not recommend, First time going into my room and there was used napkins in the washroom garbage, pets are allowed so carpets felt moist and didn't have a pleasant smell.

Laundry room is clean and safe 👍 Bedding is always clean 👍 Parking is safe 👍 👍

We arrived in the middle of the night so when I took my concerns to the front desk the next morning, along with videos and pictures, they apologized and offered to send their best housekeeper to our room the following day to clean for us. I refused as we weren’t going to stay in the room like that another day and we went and purchased our own cleaning products and clean the room ourselves.

A lot of restaurants and amenities close to the hotel. Room was comfortable and clean and the price was great for a stop after a long day on the road. Staff was very friendly.

The receptionist gave us keys to a room that was already being occupied. The shade in our room wouldn't go down all the way. We had to stuff pillows in half of it so nobody could look in on us. We were there for 4 nights and got one packet of coffee and told we had to pay for the other 3 days of coffee or use the lobby coffee. In 20 years of traveling I never heard of that. Ran out of toilet. Was afraid to ask figuring we had to pay for that too. It's no wonder I've never booked at this hotel before and probably last time. Room was nice having a kitchenette that we didn't really use and the reclining chair was nice for my achey husband

Very nice little room. Sadly no utensils in kitchenette. They want you to buy everything. It is available at the hotel.
