Clean room except that we spent three nights and requested linen change but came to change our linen sheets, Great breakfast as well as staff.

The room was a little run down and needed some fixing up especially the bathroom . Room does not get cleaned every day - need to request this ( I was not aware ) and with 3 in a room towels run out quickly. Coffee was good and available 24/7. Breakfast was very underwhelming . Hotel is good for a quick overnight stay and easy to drive to places .

Needed cleaning

Easy to find and access. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. Beds were comfortable. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off and was a bit startling to wake up to. Clean bathroom linens. Breakfast was ok - didn’t expect big things for the price point. But the coffee was hot and that’s always a plus!

Rooms were big and very comfortable. Pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the added bonus of it being adults only from 11-12 at night was awesome!! This was 5 stars all the way!! Will be booking again on our next trip to Fargo!

The hotel room we booked is not what we got. And the hotel was completely full, so we had to put four people in one room with one Queen bed. The property was dirty, and the staff was not helpful

However, we were very disappointed with the breakfast provided. On the first morning, the breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6am. When I arrived in the breakfast area at 6:30 there was a large crowd of wrestlers waiting to eat and no one had even started to bring out the breakfast yet. Breakfast items were not even completely out before the wrestling team had to leave. Once the food items were brought out, hot food items were cold and undercooked. When another guest asked about missing food items, a staff member blamed the wrestling team for taking all the breakfast, which was completely untrue since the food wasn't even completely out before the team left. On the second morning, the breakfast was supposed to be served at 7am and it was ready on time, but again the quality was poor and disappointing.

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We weren’t greeted in a kind manner, she just said “reservation number” in a very rude and demeaning tone. We got our key card and headed to the elevator which we got stuck in for 10 minutes. No buttons worked including the emergency button. Thankfully these kind guests also staying at the hotel managed to open the elevator and let us out. They had told us that they had problems with the elevator, but the manager said there were no issues and it was working fine. Clearly that was not the case. We climbed 8 flights of stairs with our luggage to get to the room, with no help of the staff only to find that the door was open and didn’t latch, it also smelt like musty Bo. We requested to have the room switched due to safety concerns with the door not closing and the manager proceeded to tell us “just use the deadbolt.” I emphasized that I am concerned and do not feel safe staying in a hotel room with a door that doesn’t close. She then moved us floors with much convincing and rolled her eyes. After we made it to our new room, we completed a normal hotel check only to find pubic hair EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. All over the floor, in the towels. I have never felt more disgusted and uncomfortable in a hotel room. By far the most terrible hotel experience. Will not be staying here again.

The lady doing the breakfast room was very nice and food good and hot
-
Facility was clean, room was nicely furnished with good use of space for storage options.

We checked in at 9pm and went to our room to find it hadn't been cleaned. The bed was unmade and the bathroom needed cleaning. The front desk staff cleaned the room well we waited. He was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good too.

The room was clean.

Great breakfast
-
It was fairly expensive for what we got. It may be because of the area events going on. The room was bare minimum. No hair dryer. The "hot tub" was only a "spa" so no jets.
-
Great location, clean place, nice staff

Convince of location
