Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham West Fargo Medical Center

Nice size, price, and average cleanliness. Good walking areas/neigborhoods and food options nearby.

Microtel has stepped up their game on this trip. We usually have something not working in our room or the pool and/or hot tub is down, but everything was fantastic this time around. Still one of our go-to hotels in West Fargo.

It was very quiet and the breakfast is good.

Good hotel for 1 night. That the Surrounding grounds had moderate amounts of litter, was a problem.

Slipperiness may be due to cleaning products used, do not know, but is dangerous for guests. Our room did not have grab bars around tub/shower. A week before, we stayed in a suite at same hotel,. The tub/shower in that room was also very slippery.

I tried to cancel my reservation with plenty of time, but was told the reservation was non cancellable. So I never stayed at the hotel, but paid full price. Last time you will ever see me make a reservation at this property or with hotels.com. I feel like the property stole money from me

The rooms were ok for what a hotel room is. But the noise control was awful, and when brought to the staff's attention, nothing was done to resolve the problem. I had a medical appointment and was up all night, with the noise of a party in the room above, and stomping going on. I could not sleep and was not well for my appointment. Not a good place to stay when you have a medical appointment of any kind. Good guests are paying customers just like bad guests, but good guests should have more rights... "Medical Center" should not be listed at the end of this hotel's business name...ever...

Great hotel, it was clean. Only negative was that they made us pay $10USD parking. A little frustrating.

Good stay

Front desk agent. I usually get a top floor. That was requested through booking. Front desk tried to accommodate the request.

Very bland room. Breakfast was mediocre.

The room had terrible mold in the shower, the water pressure was so low you could barely rinse. The bed had some staining on the sides. The ac unit was cold.

The location One of the beds appeared to not have clean sheets.

The breakfast was terrible. There were no bowls or milk for cereal. The French toast sticks were not cooked. Staff seemed they were in a bad mood, not personable.

The breakfast was not very well stocked. They ran out of milk and no cereal bowls.

Bathroom kinda smelled like too much cleaner

The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast included a wide variety of selections. The room was clean and spacious with two chairs.

Room was clean and staff was nice! Hot tub jets did not work during our stay and nothing was said about it upon check in. There was sausage and omelets for breakfast which would have been great, but the omelets were burnt. I would still stay again.
