Room was fairly clean, bathroom was pretty beat up for a business class hotel less than 5 years old. Water damage, cracked tiles, dirty shower. Beds were clean. Property was clean.

Sper nice staff! Breakfast sandwich was fantastic. Iced americano was just like regular starbucks. Bed was comfortable, room was great. Great location as well. Will stay again!

Check in was easy & quick. Room was clean and nice sized for 2 adults. Right across the street from Costco and right off the highway so that was convenient.

Clean room, good location, friendly staff, nice outdoor patio to sit and relax in the evening. Price seemed high considering that breakfast was not included.

Hotel was nice overall. Took a long time to check-in bc the people in front of us reserved a room for the wrong night & staff took a long time getting that corrected. Also, our room (#101) was very loud bc there was a side door to the outdoors that was very loud when closed and their were lots of guests coming in & out of that loud door late night & early morning. Sounded like someone was opening & shutting our door all the time. Also hot tub was out of order.

Economically a Great value and good location. The hot tub was not in operation. I feel check in staff should inform you of this upon check in or listed on your website.

Nothing to devalue my stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Fargo, as there is plenty to see and do to occupy one’s day time schedule. I look to stay here again soon.
