DoubleTree by Hilton West Fargo Sanford Medical Center Area

Waited over 20 minutes for someone to arrive at the front desk to check-in. When someone finally came, there wasn’t even an apology. Then our three rooms (we came with two other couples to attend a concert in town) all got billed to my credit card. Then they corrected one room, left the other room on my card and the list goes on. Room wasn’t great either. Don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

Rooms were clean. Staff was really helpful and friendly. CJ the bartender was awesome! Food and drinks were really good.

Well maintained and personnel were professional!

The couch had stains on it and the wallpaper looked like an amateur put it up. Also, the bed for the couch had popcorn all over it.

Our room was fine but our bathroom door did not close tight. Please check that.

Our bathroom had a large yellow stain on the ceiling and the drywall patches in the bathroom were done poorly, also the wall paper needed fixing in the room in various places and the toilet paper dispenser needs securing to the wall.

The front desk staff was not very helpful

The room had a doggy smell and the shower was incredibly slippery, almost causing me to fall twice. The bathroom sink was dirty and emitted a foul odour. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi wasn’t connected to the TV. This was my first time staying at a DoubleTree by Hilton that didn’t include breakfast and I’ did pay for breakfast. Overall the environment was good and the staff were friendly. The parking lot was safe.

Bathroom was big , Bathroom didn’t have enough counter space, garbage cans in room weren’t big enough.

Stayed on site for a conference. Great room with fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Very close to Costco, and all other types of shopping. We ate breakfast one day but otherwise had a quick brain our room. Would readily stay again.

Friendly front desk. Nice rooms.

Rooms are spacious. Our air unit was not cooling properly. We used the patio/fire pit area at night. That was nice.

I was not a fan of this hotel. We booked a suite for 4 nights and upon checking in late at night, we were put in the wrong room. The front desk lady said they had a maintenance issue with the suite and since I booked through Expedia, they couldn't get ahold of me (which I think is a coverup and doubt they would have even tried). They were mostly full for the night, so a double queen room was the closest thing they could get us into. It worked for the night, other than it was not up to par for a Hilton: rusty bathroom fixtures, chip in the tub, bathroom door got stuck when opening/closing. So the next morning I checked with the front desk and they said we could get into the room we booked after they cleaned it. Two hours later, we walked into a room similar to the one we booked, but it didn't have a sofa bed, which we needed for our third kid. I asked the front desk if we could get a rollaway but they didn't have any. So one kid slept on a cot we happened to bring. Feeling that we had really been gipped, I contacted Expedia to see about getting some refund. After they contacted the hotel, all the hotel offered was free breakfast, saying we got into the room we booked, which we didn't at all. Also, in both rooms the fridge had built up ice, sticky hair dryers and stains on the walls, as well as the pool was cold and the hot tub was under maintenance the first and only day we had free. The only good thing about this hotel was the sound walls (not floors) and comfy beds.
