Everyone was was super nice, great room. Very easy!!

We were hoping to use the outdoor fire pit. Staff was not able to get it going

Well, my tv was having issues. The top half of the tv was dim compared to the rest of the tv. I called front desk. They said they'd send someone. I'm not sure if anyone ever showed up while I was at work when they said they'd send someone. But still had the same dim tv and no follow up or note saying they checked it...

The price was a bit high for the property. It was also very noisy at night below in the courtyard where people were partying.

The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. The room however was not as good as I had hoped for a big suite. There were scratches on the walls from the fridge being moved in, couple stains on the curtains, white plaster dust in the bathroom that didn't get cleaned up, and the bathroom floor needs to be replaced because it was loose and wonky. Overall it was fine, just some cosmetic things needing to be updated.

The size of the rooms are nice for a family of 6. The location is also nice.

When we asked the next day if we could move, they were all booked. We did not have the issue for the next two nights, which was great. Breakfast is very poor. The sausage looked like shoe leather, "Omelet" made in a mold & over cooked in the microwave. Would go again, but not that room.

This was my first time staying at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in West Fargo. The facility is outstanding. Spacious rooms with full kitchens reasonably appointed with dishes and utensils, quiet and safe surroundings with more than adequate parking, very friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast with a nice blend of warm dishes and the usual breakfast fare. Hot coffee available all day. They also have social events on certain weekdays (I was not able to attend). All-in-all, this is one of the nicest hotel stays I have had in some time. When I am back in West Fargo, I will definitely return.

The rooms were pretty clean and very comfortable with AC and working ceiling fans that were quiet. The sheets and pillows were nice. I didn’t care for the beds. They were a bit springy for my taste. Dishes / utensils were a bit sparse in the kitchenette but we made it work. Our rooms had minimal towels but our stay was short and we probably could easily have asked for more. The TVs were in weird spots and proved hard to use. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. We used the beautiful outdoor fire pit, and they even let us use their grill utensils to roast our own marshmallows. It was a little tricky, but the kids had fun. I didn’t care for breakfast. The “omelette” and sausage tasted very fake. The waffles were good. The coffee was terrible. Fresh fruit options were minimal and not great quality. I did like the different nuts for topping for oatmeal/granola.
