Homewood Suites by Hilton West Fargo Sanford Medical Center

Very helpful with late checkin. Had to extend a night snd it was done easily Broken elevator. Problems evident Sunday. Not working at all Monday.

Dirty room, dirty dishes, blown fuses, rude staff (and also some very kind and helpful staff—front desk lady was wonderful Friday night). Friday afternoon staff told us there was an oven in the room so we bought a bunch of frozen food to cook in the oven that then went to waste because there was no oven in our room and had a long way to travel home!

Friendly staff!

Very good

The room and the staff are great. If they can add a couple of wine glasses into the suites, it would be great.

Superb

Superb

Location Not clean. Hand soap dispenser was empty

Very good

I liked the breakfast and how clean it was.

Friendly efficient staff, comfortable rooms and beds, quiet and relaxing Nothing

Super staff, clean room and great breakfast choices. Only disappointment was the lack of Earl Gray or English tea time tea.

The breakfast was good, but not excellent. The location was in a very nice area and safe. Nothing that I can think of.

The room was pretty clean. Shower hpast midnight. ad hair on the floor. They only had 1 staff member working all Sat and they were full. With a bunch of hockey teams staying. Kids ran the hall until after midnight. . There should have been someone patrolling the halls. Very hard to sleep. The pool was terrible with no parents keeping their kids in line.

Exceptional

Room was clean, front desk was friendly and breakfast was wonderful.

Quite. Comfortable and easy to find.

Great space loved the bathroom Kids running the hallway

Amazing very nice very clean friendly staff

The size of the room. It was massive and very new. We even had 2 big TVs in the room. Nothing.
