Clean, large room at a good location

Very clean and very spacious- plenty of room for our big family. Definitely will stay again.

No instructions in the room to say when breakfast started. Kind of a dead zone as far as communication in the hotel.

It’s both a classy and friendly place to stay. I enjoyed it greatly!

We were hoping to use the outdoor fire pit. Staff was not able to get it going

Well, my tv was having issues. The top half of the tv was dim compared to the rest of the tv. I called front desk. They said they'd send someone. I'm not sure if anyone ever showed up while I was at work when they said they'd send someone. But still had the same dim tv and no follow up or note saying they checked it...

The price was a bit high for the property. It was also very noisy at night below in the courtyard where people were partying.

The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. The room however was not as good as I had hoped for a big suite. There were scratches on the walls from the fridge being moved in, couple stains on the curtains, white plaster dust in the bathroom that didn't get cleaned up, and the bathroom floor needs to be replaced because it was loose and wonky. Overall it was fine, just some cosmetic things needing to be updated.
