Liked the room, breakfast, and rates Distance from hospital to motel but not a problem caused by La Quinta

Room needed maintenance. It’s an older hotel that needs a deep cleaning and an update. Rooms are not good at blocking noise from loud guests in the hallway.

The hot tub was not operational. This was the amenity that caused me to book here, so I was thoroughly dissatisfied with it not being operational.

Wish had roll in shower in accessible rooms

Nothing Everything, cleanliness, staff, management refused to talk to me. Room smelt like a rotting corpse and we were kept in it until 2am after multiple requests to move or resolve were ignored. Complained whilst onsite but management have so far refused contact

It was close to the hospital The room I was in smelt and the drains smelt bad as well

Close to the Medical Center, about 5 minutes away. Great when you have to be there at 5 a.m! Wonderful breakfast. Lots of handicapped parking. Many places to eat close by. Pillows could have been a little more substantial.

Got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet. Been throwing up and diarrhea since 130 this afternoon. Will never stay at La Quinta again

Staff were friendly and helpful Dated facility, room carpets were dirty, turned your feet black if you walked barefoot on them.

Close to a good restaurant Shampoo, Soap, and Conditioner bottles all left empty. Has to run out and buy some so I could have a shower. Didn’t know you had to pay extra for that stuff now.
