Bison Inn & Suites on University

The only way I could improve trip would be to stay again, which I will. They take care us and are very welcoming

I will never again book room with Bison Inn & Suites on university so my $182.66 canadian is gone without sleeping in the room i book.

Last minute trip and my granddaughter saw a roach in the bathroom plus there was a bad smell. TV sound did not work even though someone tried to fix it. Six year old said it was disgusting

The room was not cleaned properly. There was garbage underneath the bed and behind the tv. The bathroom sink had toothpaste marks and there was hair in the shower. The staff was friendly enough.

Bottomline, the lack of general cleanliness made this feel as though it would have been worth the additional $20 to stay at a more reputable place.

This was the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at and im a biker so let that sink in......I've stayed at some of the scummiest hotels you could think of and when I say this was bad.......it was bad, there was vomit on the bed, looked like a homeless person was living in the room, we actually got two rooms adjacent to each other and we opened the door and got this insane odor of piss, vomit and fecal matter. Just looking at this hotel you wouldn't think this but as soon as you walk in the carpet is sticky.......avoid at all costs

The rooms and hotel were extremely dirty and the staff was absolutely unhelpful. A health risk to anyone who stays there. We didn't stay and had to book a room at another hotel and neither the hotel or Expedia gave me my money back. Out $600 because of it. I'll never use Expedia again

DO NOT STAY HERE. I can not adequately express this. It smelled like smoke, the room was disgusting. I tried to get my money back and was going to sleep in my car but they would not give me a refund. Expedia has declined my first review but just do not stay here. It was an awful experience and I would give it zero starts if I could.

Room smelled horrible. Very strong cigarette smell. There was dirty towels hanging in the shower when arrived. Restroom was not clean. Hair in the sink and on counter and in shower. Had to clean it myself. Floor and carpet was sticky. Had to wait an hour to get staff to help me because the would not answer the phone at front desk that you use to get service.to get clean towels. Very unsatisfactory conditions at this hotel. Would not recommend staying here.

Wouldn’t stay again. There were bugs in the bathroom and bed.

It’s a bed but that’s it. Broken tv, broken bathroom light, damp beds, shower wasn’t clean. The bed frame was broken or something. A part of it was jutting out at the end and I tripped and cut my leg on it.

Staff was excellent. TV didn't work, smoke alarm was tucked inside a dresser drawer. It looked like they were trying to fix things up. Cheap and did the job for a last minute reservation.

The place was filthy, rooms smelled sour. Expedia and the hotel manager were zero help

The room was not cleaned at all there was still a lot dirt on the floors. There is still half a bottle of Pop drink in the fridge. The pillowcase are crumpled that it seems they just rearrange the bed without replacing them. The bedsheets has fresh wet stains. We requested to replace everything but the front desk guy ask us to wait for the next front desk employee because he was shift is about to end and told us he was already tired. The hallways are full of litter.

First room I was given the deadbolt was locked from the inside super weird and the front desk didn’t understand what I was saying. They finally gave me another room and there was a single sheet for bedding it was freezing. The room was dirty: hairs on bed, bugs dead in bathroom and on the pillowcase. I got red bits around my neck and ankles. Horrible experience.

I didnt like anything about the property. Staff was rude and not helpful. I paid over 200 for the outlets to not work, refrigerator not working, TV didn't work. I traveled 1200 miles from home for work and the response I received from the front " its not my problem "
