Bison Inn & Suites on University

Dirty room needed to be fumigated. The light fixtures, microwave, refrigerator, tv did not work. Major insect problems, infested with bugs. Had to fumigate myself would not provide other accommodations e.g.,; different room. Grounds halls common areas not vacuumed. Complained to blood shot eyed looked and acted enebriated, management to no avail.

Site was convenient. Room was clean and staff friendly.

The front desk guy was good but I will never stay at a Bison Inn again. Property was disgusting hallways had not been vacuumed in a month, the shower had not been cleaned. The headboard fell off the wall for the bed. No lightbulb in the bedside table. The tv didn’t work. Never again!

You get what you pay for. The towels all had small stains, there was some small blood stains on the pillowcases and some stuff in the bed covers that we weren’t sure what it was. There were also hairs in the shower and generally didn’t feel like showering there would get us cleaner than we were. However, parking lot was great and was good for our cross country road trip.

Absolutely disgusting. The property was not well kept, room was a disaster. My room had bugs on the sheets/matress, stains on the blankets/sheets/pillowcases, floor was littered with bugs, shower was dirty. I checked out immediately and did not stay

Cheap dirty hotel. I guess you get what you pay for.

Fast staff interaction and understanding

Terrible mold on pillows and no hot water. RUN AWAY. HORRIBLE

The place is filfthy though . Had bugs everywhere nothing was clean. Considered leaving but Expedia would not pay me back if I did . Do NOT recommend .

El recepcionista no fue nada amable, cuando llegue a la habitación la puerta del baño no cerraba porque estaba dañada, no se que allá pasado, pero el baño estaba sucio y tenía un jabón usado tirado en el piso, fue muy mala la estafa alli.

Staff was helpful and friendly.. as for the room: Floor was wet next to the fridge, possibly bad fridge. Towels had stains one possibly had dried blood on it. Headboard was missing leaving a sharp edge where a board was nailed to the wall, only two small pillows.

Place was dirty, smelled awful. Towels and sheets had stains. Pool and hot tub were advertised but they were not usable, filled with garbage. There was supposed to be a microwave in the room and there was not, plus there was no remote for the tv. I did not feel safe there. Would never recommend for anyone to stay there!!

Terrible experience, dirty 2nd floor hallway stinks of weed, wall socket not working cant charge your phone I understand they are renovating but dont give the rooms if they are not fully usable. Beddings have stains, carpet needs shampooing, they need to vacuum under the bed too. Stay away if you have the means

For the price this was a decent place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Our TV did have bad lines through it on the one side & the shower door when closed was very hard to open.

Dirty room, clearly had not been cleaned or even vacuumed. Hair everywhere in the bathroom. Toothpaste in the sink. Only one outlet worked in the entire room. Booked a queen and got a king so that was nice I guess.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I wish there would have been a pool or hot tub. Also the water pressure in the shower was not good. The location was good and the bed was very comfortable.

Terrible place. Felt unsafe. Positive reviews on this place are shocking to see. Not clean not in a good area. Do not recommend. People passed out in the front on the bench. No place to walk my dog. Room smelled like body odor. Carpets were stained.
