This hotel was very dirty

Didn’t even check in. Walked in and walked out.

alot of construction. drain in the sink was plugged they wouldn't get a plumber. So had to switch rooms. This room smelled like mold . Don't have good security someone broke into our vehicle during the night.

ROOM HAD DUST BALLS ON THE CIELING, WHITE SOCKS TURNED BLACK WALKING ON FLOOR. ONE OF THE VENDING MACHINES TOOK MY MONEY BUT GAVE NO PRODUCT. COURTYARD WAS A MESS , BUILDING IS UNDER RECONSTRUCTION THOUGH,

Nothing. The place was a filthy pig pen. The floors were so dirty in the room we had to wear shoes the entire time. The bathtub had hair and dried snot in in and there was urine on the toilet seat. The curtains were barely hanging on. I did ask for another room However there were none available. I have asked for a refund as it was so disgusting. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on the floor. Everything.

The property was run down. The room was dirty.

The room was dirty, the hotel stunk, there was pee in the toilet, the soap was used and stuckntot the counter, someone else’s key card was in the room, we had to leave an book a room somewhere else!

Reception in the lobby was amazing! Everyone was friendly and always nice. Shout out to Ashley for being amazing, as I had a booking issue with the 3rd party messing up our rooms and she took care of our 7 person reservation. She was beyond helpful and quick in getting us set up with connecting rooms. The toilet in one room took 2 flushes just for basic #1 usage to be cleared entirely. In the other, the air conditioner and the bathroom lights didn't work. For the services, one bartender wasn't very friendly and was noticeably serving and treating the regulars differently. I had 2 drinks in a total of almost 2 hours and felt like I was treated like an inconvenience when I finally did ask for another.

Our was was very dirty and in need of multiple repairs.

The breakfast was OK. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was good. The beds were so horrible. We all woke up backache headache, neck aches we had to actually go to the store and buy mattress toppers to sleep on the Wi-Fi nonexistent. I had to use hotspot the whole three days that I was here.

Everything. Nothing.

The hallway smells like mold from a leaking roof. The first room that we were placed in was nonsmoking. We were in that room for 10 minutes and our t- shirts smelled like we had smoked a pack of cigarettes from absorbing the rooms smell. They put us in another room that was better, but not clean smelling. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, it was the highlight to a 3 day stay that we chose to leave early. There was a nice grassy courtyard that was overgrown and now mowed or trimmed.

This hotel is a rip off. Our room stunk so bad the ac ubit in the room was super loud like it was gonna blow up. Toilet didnt flush and they refused a refund we were in the room for an hr couldnt take it anymore. This place is an absolute DUMP HOLE and extremely overpriced.

Then I walk into this room, it was so beyond unacceptable, in the bathroom corners were dead bugs and hair. I have pics of everything. I did receive a refund which is very appreciated, they did offer another room but it was a few doors down with hard floors which was better the smell was just not bareable. My pregnant daughter and I ended up leaving, we did not feel comfortable even staying int he hotel.

The hotel was clearly undergoing some renovations. It was a smoke free room that smelled like smoke when we got there. It was late and we had a super rough day. The beds were not great and the tub was dated.

The room was dirty..the bathroom was disgusting..smelled musty. Garbage on the floor in the bathroom.. I don't see us coming back

Breakfast was terrible, bed was hard and pillows went flat. Noisy and light came in under the curtain all night.
