The hotel was clearly undergoing some renovations. It was a smoke free room that smelled like smoke when we got there. It was late and we had a super rough day. The beds were not great and the tub was dated.

The room was dirty..the bathroom was disgusting..smelled musty. Garbage on the floor in the bathroom.. I don't see us coming back
-
Breakfast was terrible, bed was hard and pillows went flat. Noisy and light came in under the curtain all night.

Thanks

The floor could of been cleaner, The front desk did a great job

Good breakfast, Friendly dog allowed, close to door, flood in outside area entering the other rooms.

I liked the friendliness of staff. I liked the pattern in the tile at front desk How the room door stayed open by itself . The carpet is frayed out as you enter the room. Put a piece of trim so you see that. When closed you could see sunlight coming in. The window by the door had a very thin old curtain. We could see people walking by, It felt very unsafe. The bathroom toilet was so close to floor. Tile in bathroom could use a really good cleaning. The grout looked so gross. It just looked really worn out. A hotel doesn't have to be new. But it shouldn't look worn out and dirty floor and dirty light switch.

staff helpful, breakfast good room smelled like bleach

Room wasnot very clean. Everything looked really worn and could use touch ups or replacement.

The beds were fine. First of all, the deadbolt on our exterior door didn't lock. While the power outages weren't your fault, every time it came back on the microwave beeped. The shower drain didn't work.

Staff was extremely rude!!!!!!! Didn’t have the room that I booked available!!! Wouldn’t change the room to something that would accommodate all of us. Go somewhere else!!!!

The key cards did not work smoothly in several of the doors. You had to know the tricks. And bathroom door stuck in our room leading to some panic. The outside door also stuck sometimes making it hard to leave the room. No clock in the room. Just some little things they need to be addressed to make it a nicer place and a better value.

Smoke detector hanging off wall.Six trips back to get entry cards that wouldn't work. Tech was called and blamed everyone for not knowing how to use cards. Finally he went and couldn't get in either. Finally found out new box of cards were made wrong. Room was then refunded.

Hotel is under renovation. We requested a standard king room and got a pet-friendly room in an old, run down section of the hotel. The room was to be paid for on-site and we found that it was magically prepaid by Hotels.com when we tried to change our stay from 3 days to 2. So, no refund for the 3rd day because it was a prepaid, 3rd party reservation, which we didn't ask for. The door handle in the bathroom was falling off the door, and they didn't even make up the room. Avoid if possible.

Location and lounge, lounge staff Brittany. Checkout Time. And finding an old used razor hidden beneath bathroom mirror and hotel staff not doing anything to address it. No comps, nothing. Put it on manager to deal with. By then we had checked out. Not happy. Shouldn’t have had a “dirty” room. Not satisfied how my compliant was addressed. Nothing done. ,

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The building itself was extremely rundown. The stucco siding was falling off the building; the patios and balconies had concrete that was crumbling; the carpeting in the room and in the hallway were loose and very dirty. The parking lot was full of potholes and not very well lit. We did not even have one garbage can in our room. We would definitely NOT recommend this property.

Good location. The property is under construction/renovations. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast
-
wending machine providing beverages is working when it decides to work and hotel claims no responsibility. they should have closed the hotel during the time of renovation instead of keeping it open in this shape. this is a cheap way of running business.

Clean room. Great location to interstate. Currently under renovation but didn't affect us.
