Did not like the small pillows or the fact that the trash and towels weren't taken care of for a two night stay.

It was not our first choice however we are very excited that we were able to stay there. It was a very nice place. The staff was amazing and everything worked out great.

The stay was amazing. I did have a hiccup on departure day and the lobby staff were very helpful to accommodate.

The building was clean and seemed to be kept up. Having a washer and dryer on the 2nd and 4th floors was a big plus. It is definitely nicer to keep clothes clean.

Terrible pillows. Bring your own if you want to sleep. The breakfast wasn’t very good/healthy.

First room they gave me, the need was broken and the latch to lock the door was barely hanging on. They did upgrade me to a larger room, but the TV didn't work. I told the staff in the morning but when I got back out still want fixed. So the evening shift fixed while I was out. They were helpful but the place itself seems in disarray.

Parking was great. Easy access to Moorhead High School for a sports event and easy to receive food deliveries to our hotel.

Asked when rooks were cleaned. Said every 3 days. Stayed 4 and no cleaning. Trash overflowing and towels left on floor as thought they were coming in on day 3.

Might be nice to update the soap situation for each day as there is only one day's soap in the room.

Overall it was a great place. The ONLY THING that was disappointing is the hair dryers in the rooms. I have literally never seen such a small dryer with no power. It was smaller then my hand and there’s no way it would’ve dried my hair in less than 3 hours. It literally was like a kids toy hair dryer. I’m glad I looked at it before I washed my hair. But the nice lady at the front desk found a different/decent dryer and offered it to me but I didn’t have time at that point to wash and dry. I’ll stay there again but ladies… bring your own dryer!!
