I arrived very late. Way past my scheduled time. Staff was very accommodating.

No hit water, not their fault and the front desk called me prior and made me aware of the issue and was accommodating about my cancellation or stay and deposit and it was very much appreciated ra Breakfast

Warning, they will double charge you, you will not get your money back and if your key card stops working you have no way into your room

This motel will steal your money. If your keyboard stops working after midnight, you will be locked out of your room until 8a.k. even the police recommend staying away from here.

I was locked out of my hotel room because they closed the office and the key wouldn't work. I try to check-in their credit card machine would not work. I showed the lady there was money in the account. I was unable to check-in and they still charged my card. A week later for the room and would not give me a reason. Business business should not be allowed to be open.

I could not see where the breakfast location was or if was even included as represented. The hotel was under renovation or of disrepair. ***Do not believe the photos as are posted. We were provided with keys to our room that didn't exist. We could not find the room and after 15 minutes of searching, we returned to the front desk to advise us that the room number was incorrect on the key card. We were issued room 136 on the key card, the invoice stated room 204, and the correct room as 186. When we found the room, it was unmade and there was bedding and the room had not been cleaned. When walking up to the room there were other long term guests that had a grill out on the parking lot and there were a number of bicycles and tires stored in front of rooms. The hotel looked like a halfway house or long term stay location. I know it is a budget hotel but when looking at the pictures, it was completely misrepresented. The manager on duty refused to provide a credit until approved by management. We reached out to the general manager Sam Singh and have not received a response back providing a credit back for our room. I have called multiple times and emailed.

Slightly strange place - room was large with real substantial furniture. Reasonably quiet TV had no remote so couldn't be used, USB charger didn't work, bedside light didn't work. Reception unattended for 20 minutes when arrived at 830 pm. Parking was surprisingly tight.

Clean and huge room WiFi didn’t extend to my room.

I checked out before breakfast was served so The bathroom shower was a little low so I’m not sure if it would work for anyone about 5’8

It was where we needed to stop. Shower was hot. Let’s see… queen size mattress on a double frame, no bedspreads, 1” gaps under the front door, the deadbolt didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the window curtains we different sizes for the same window, the police banged on our door asking if we shot a dog with a BB gun…. It goes on.

Perfect king room set up N/A

the location and bed were wonderful. very close to where I needed to be.. the only let down was a bit of dodgy internet.. it would work by the door, thus satisfying the "wifi" requirement, but once inside the door, the internet dropped.. this is not an easy fix and probably beyond just rebooting the router..but overall, I made it work
