The water was off for a short period of time at check in. Carpet had just been cleaned and still damp. Thermostat had to be repaired. Shower head adjuster did not work properly. Hair conditioner pump did not work. Only one washer worked in the guest laundry.

The breakfast and the room were good for the price. Chirping of smoke detector could not be fixed by management, despite noting the issue to housekeeping and the front desk.

Checkin was fast easy and front desk was great . The facility was clean and up to date, The room was clean but the chair in the suite was broken. The housekeeping staff did have an attitude when we asked for towels and didn't provide it at first. The breakfast was ok, the food could have been better.

Room was great. Refrigerator & bathroom were clean & bed/sheets/pillow were comfortable. Felt like maids took a vested interest in their jobs... thank you!! Breakfast was good & staff was great!! Next time in Farmington, NM Hampton is my go to. Added plug, Joe's Italian (just down the road) was great. No issues.

We had a wonderful stay at this very nice hotel. The location was great, right off the highway, and the hotel is bright and clean. The rooms are large and very comfortable. We did have a problem with our room upon check-in, but they were able to move us to another room and problem solved. The morning breakfast is excellent and they even provided to go bag breakfasts for those who couldn't stay until breakfast was served or they wanted to take one on the road. The lobby is very nice as is the breakfast area. The staff was great and all in all I would give this hotel a solid four star review.

large spacious room; bed was perfect; Kitchenette was nice to have; felt like a suite! Pleasantly surpised; better than other places we've stayed in Farmington, NM. One more garbage can would have been nice.
