Pool was closed, no coffee maker. Otherwise, an OK place to stay.

Clean. Friendly staff and helpful. Would stay again.

Water pressure not good for sink and shower, but everything as great

Room was clean- no coffee pot in room. Pool was drained so no swimming. Breakfast was mediocre at best!

We stayed here for one night and while the hotel is a bit dated, it was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable with a spacious room and breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again.

My go to place in Farmington. Remodeled and clean. Relatively quiet. Adjoining rooms can be noisy, but that depends on the tenant. Spacious bathroom, clean. All bathtubs should have grab bars though. Sufficient breakfast in the morning. Nice staff. Plenty of parking.

We chose this hotel because our last stay was great. This time the icemaker was broken, the pillows were huge and heavy (not at all comfortable), and at breakfast the water and juice were room temperature, and the milk, which was kept in the refrigerator, was sour.

Clean, refurbished, well maintained, staff efficient and friendly. We would stay there again.

Good enough for a stop over. Clean sheets and towels, comfortable bed. Maybe just needs a bit of tlc and updating. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed.

The staff was very accommodating, and the check-in process easy. The room is quite comfortable and enjoyed a quiet night, thank you guys!

The location was fine, and there's a decent Mexican restaurant "attached" next door to the main hotel entrance - great happy hour prices. We stayed for almost a week for a conference in town, so the breakfast bar offerings were fairly boring after a couple of days.

Upon arrival all was well once we were asleep the fire alarm went off!! No pool, it was empty not too attractive!

It was fair. Everything definitely needs to be updated.

The rooms air conditioner was noisy. Hard to sleep.

There was a filthy ring around the bathtub. The bathtub floor was dangerously slippery. The first night we were there a screaming alarm went off at 11 PM. It was a fire alarm when you open the door into the hallway it was so piercing you had to plug your ears. We were on the second floor, and did not know whether we should evacuate or not. There was absolutely no information when I called the front desk. They said they were looking into it. We had no idea if there was a threat or not. It lasted about 20 minutes. It was awful! I would not recommend this hotel.
