The value for money proposition of this property is just right. Well maintained, good breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable bed, large enough bathroom. The property feels safe. Sufficient parking included. Continual maintenance is evident. My go to place in Farmington. Priced well for the level of accommodation.

Police shut down my route to hotel. Had to take alternate route that added 10+ minutes to my trip to a gas station just around the corner

Will stay there again

Despite the description on the website, there is no restaurant on site. Everything was broken: pool, water cooler in fitness center, ice machines, elevator buttons. Do yourself a favor and skip this, and stay somewhere nicer on main street. Absolute garbage

The gentleman at check in, Nikon, maybe Nikkon, was kind of off putting at check in. But later I had a couple of questions and a request and he was very helpful. 5 stars for him.

Just ok hotel. Room was nicer than common areas. Staff were friendly.

We have stayed there 3 times now. Anywhere from a day to over a week at a time. The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable, breakfast is good but it’s the same options everyday. Sad the pool is empty. Staff is great! Definitely our favorite hotel in Farmington.

Ensure your tubs are leaned

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

The staff is great, helpful and knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. The property has signs of been remodeled and it looks great, even though when navigating the floors it was a bit of a maze. The rooms were shockingly nice, very clean, huge king bed, luxurious and obviously remodeled too. Only complaints and why I give this property 3 stars is for 2 reasons, I) No luggage cart so I had to carry all of my luggage. II) The TV in the room while nice and big, works great, does not swivel so unless you prefer to watch the TV from bed, it is useless. I like to watch TV while I eat but couldn't do it and I have a ROKU I travel with to watch YouTube/Netflix but you can't access the back of the TV to plug it in, so I left the TV off for the one night I stayed. If they can get luggage carts and have more accessible TV's then this will easily be a 5 star rating. The hotel overall had plenty of parking, easily accessible, walking distance to gas station, food and not far from Downtown. Very clean property.

Clean property. Close to the main road. Would have been perfect if they had a pool.

Everything was good but the breakfast. I expected something much better. I was too bad.

Ceiling were fairly high, bathroom had great water pressure, very modern, and soft beds.

We had a really comfortable stay here. The rooms were well maintained and spotless. We slept great! Breakfast was well stocked and the staff was super friendly! Highly recommend!

This is an older hotel but it's remodeled and clean. Like super clean. Sheets are crisp and clean. Beds are comfy. AC works.

Clean and reasonably priced. Helpful and friendly staff. I would have given it an excellent rating if the pool was working.
