Brentwood Inn & Garden

No problems, comfortable bed, bad lighting in the rooms.

We like this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Really nice swimming pool. Reasonably priced and has a very good free breakfast.

Great breakfast and clean room

This place must have hundreds of rooms. Farmington is a little tricky. This is probably one of the better safer hotels in town. Place was filled with construction workers and truck drivers. Appears that’s a regular thing as they have a huge parking lot looks like a truckstop, but it’s a nice place for what it is. The only hiccup was that the continental breakfast was a little crowded with the drivers and the workers. This place is huge. If you have an option, ask them to get your room nearest the lobby or you’ll be walking a long way to your room if they put you in the back. It’s not this place in particular, but it’s the area as there a signage everywhere that they are not responsible for theft or damage and if you’re parked way way in the back that opportunity may increase. I would stay here again no problem.

For the price it was ok. Needs new beds as the one in my room had a lot of of miles on it. Parking lot needs paint. Breakfast small but not bad. For an an old property I got what I paid for.

Okay hotel, rating a little high

The remote for tv wouldn't work. I checked in late so didn't want to bother the clerk. The entry doors to hallway leading to room was confusing so it was a lengthy walk for me. The carpet looked shoddy.

gym is not a gym and the room smelt bad like chemicals. the rooms were decently clean, the staff was so-so.

When I arrived in my room it didn’t look like the floors had been cleaned. I found several alive and dead bugs in the room. The icing on the cake was when I went to go shower, the drain was clogged and the shower was dirty.

This hotel looks rough on the outside and common areas like hallways but the room was clean and the breakfast was excellent.
