La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Farmington

Traveling for leisure & needed a place to stay. Lobby/checkin staff were pleasant! Beds very comfy. Everything looked professional & clean.

Nice and clean

I stayed 2 nights. My room was never cleaned. Couldn't use the pool.

Hopefully this was just a random incident and most rooms are not so.

It was clean and beds were comfortable. Waffles and cereal in the morning wasn't bad either

Pictures did not match property. All rooms doors are on the outside of building, not pictured at all. All spots filled with huge construction trucks. Did not stay the night.

Everything was great. Clean rooms, staff was friendly and the breakfast were pretty good. They had biscuits and gravy, some days were the eggs were made for sandwiches and someday they were scrambled.

When I arrived to check in, their system was apparently shut down so the receptionist had to call the owner/manager to handle everything. I waited almost up to an hour at 9PM. I paid for a non-smoking room for three nights. When I got my keys and checked the room, it REEKED of cigarettes. The vibes were already sketchy so I’m glad I didn’t bother bringing my suitcases inside. I immediately went to the lobby, and had a conversation with the so called “manager” who laughed at me when I told her the room smelled like cigarettes. She replied, “that’s awesome” and laughed. This place needs to be shut down. I understand why they have available rooms now. I will never return.

Property was run down and not clean

I left my AirPods in my hotel room when I checked out. They were on the nightstand desk next to my bed. It was my fault I left them there but I could see them on the “Find My” app via my iPhone. So I called the office there. They claimed the room was cleaned and no AirPods were found. My app still showed them there. I confirmed no one had moved into the room after me. So I clearly know the housekeeping staff took my AirPods and decided to keep them. I emailed corporate and the owner of this hotel because they are franchised. Instead of compensating me, they basically told me “tough luck” I didn’t like that they are thieves

Breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Room was partially updated, but needed more work. The room was freshly painted but the inside of the door needed painting badly. The bathtub was old and needs to be updated. There was a hole in the wall between the toilet and the bathtub. The room was better than I am making it sound. It was clean and quiet and that means a lot.

The staff was exceptionally good. There was a water leak in the wall going into the bathroom which made us walk over a puddle of water when we needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and in the morning.

Good location; 2 restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. Very clean room. Spacious king room. Comfortable bed. Good basic breakfast to start the day. Reasonable cost for an overnight as on a journey. Bathroom. Very small. Bathroom exhaust vent appears to be non- motorized, so concern of mold formation as seen on ceiling. Slow tube drain. Hotel is nice but seasoned, tho adequate for an overnight.

Our restroom sink wouldn't drain, the sink was clogged all night and this morning. So we didnt use the sink this morning when we woke up to get ready for the day

Probably won't go back again. Breakfast poorish and generally only a fair hotel.

The pool Absolutely disgusting outside areas around the hotel, discarded food, food containers, corners of hotel near rooms with rubble, could have a nice garden area in the rubble to make it not look squalid
