The staff were very nice and the bed was really comfortable. Check in was fast.

Staff were nice and helpful. Our room was clean however it did have a stink to it nothing a little febreze can’t fix. Overall it was a good stay.

The Pool was out of order!!! And the elevator was too slow

I like the room size and comfortable bed. I was sad the pool was closed. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The second thing was the pool was closed. We figured during the summer months, Pool would be open. Front staff was friendly. But may need a lil more people skills. Other than that, it was great!

The first room we checked into smelled like sewage. They were willing to move our room to a handicap room (which didn't smell) so that was helpful. Apparently they were "sold out". There were several signs posted that the pool was "temporarily" out of service as was the ice machine on our floor. The second morning I went downstairs to get coffee and the Starbucks area was closed because someone called in sick. We did enjoy walking out the back and being on the river walk.
