Dirty floor, dirty shower, dirty pillow cases.

The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable but very bare bones.

The room was pretty tiny but it was very clean, which was good. And very cheap which I loved very much

No AC in my run and management is never around.

Ask for a bottom level room and I got one. I had a dog and I was careful with my dog and I wasn't charged for it. Most nice motels will not take pets. I was impressed! Well worth the price Was never able to get the TV to work.

They wouldn’t pay me my deposit back. Saying we smoked weed n da room. N we dnt even smoke r do drugs.

Good Location, quiet place The room was cold all night, heater was off only AC is on. Other M6 I stayed they have a good AC/Heater install under the window. This motel it needs to change it.

It was quite The TV didn’t work, there were blood stains on the bedspread, there were sticky stains on the floor, the shower was full of mold, the toilet flooded the bathroom in the middle of the night from the plumbing

The staff were great. They were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated them.

The location and private entry room access It’s pretty run down

This place should be named Bare Bones Motel because the amenities were non existent. There were 2 of us & we were given one real pillow & then another about half size that was lumpy. I went to desk to ask for more & was told they didn’t have any. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. The room was freezing & we couldn’t get in warm. On their behalf, I will say that it was clean & office staff was friendly.

The heater didn’t work and the room was dirty, should have stayed next door

No breakfast at this location but they have coffee and its fresh and hot

I arrived and checked in and they sent me to my room. I go upstairs to my room and it was only a queen bed. I paid extra for a king bed. I go downstairs to the front desk and she said that the price was incorrect online for the king bed and so they moved me to a queen. I was told I could pay extra for the upgrade. I told them I already paid extra for it. The front desk lady was nice but wasn’t allowed to do anything without checking with her manager. The manager then allowed her to move me to king room. I change all my stuff to a new room, turn on a/c because it’s HOT in the room and go get some dinner. Come back from dinner and the room is still sweltering. I go back to front desk and the lady starts texting her boss again. They give me a box fan in the meantime to “cool it down”. They come say that there isn’t any more king rooms I have 2 options. 1) stay in king room with no a/c and a fan or 2) move to queen room. It’s 930 pm at this time, I’m hot and angry, I tell them a queen will work I guess. Moved rooms and that a/c wasn’t working either. Called hotels.com and they told me to go cancel room and they will figure out the rest. They were helpful and apologetic and got me into a new hotel.
