Ac didn’t work Carlos was on break he fixed it it broke again and he was back on break never got my ac fix so just a little too hot for me I think I deserved ac

Clean place, decent staff, parking was a little tight, adequate breakfast, good location for local restaurants. One thing to note...there were quite a few big rigs parked along the entrance and exit streets so be cautious maneuvering around them...those streets are not that wide. Otherwise a decent place to stay for the price...not that it was especially cheap but rooms on Long Island can be quite expensive, in particular with such close access to the L.I.E.

I’m leaving a low review because of the undisclosed $15 per night greedy cash grab scheme for parking per night! This was NOT brought to my attention upon check in. I was simply told to place the parking tag on my rear view mirror. I figured this out once I got home, I went to remove the tag and noticed the $15 charge on the back. In a way, I blame myself for not thoroughly reading over the Expedia description. It did say parking for a fee, but this is all after the fact. Still should have been disclosed to me at check in. Your ancillary revenue strategy seems a little greedy to me. Considering your $15 per car per night? Add that up over a month! That’s crazy money just doing quick math.

The Hampton Inn Brookhaven is a nice hotel conveniently located right off the 495 expressway at exit 63. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the hotel was generally clean. The pool area was nice and clean! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The one comment is the hotel parking lot is small so if the hotel is close to capacity it’s hard to find a spot. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will be here again in the future.

Breakfast was acceptable but not gourmet Unsupervised children running through the hallways and playing on elevators. Damage to sign at elevator noted on that day. Reported to staff.
