Comfort Inn Medford - Long Island

Loved the fact that it was close to the highway. Charlie was great. Made sure I had the room I wanted and checked up to make sure all was good. Staff in the morning for breakfast made sure everything was well stocked and if not did not hesitate to get it for you

The welcome was warm, and the room was spacious and cleanI loved it

The breakfast was quite basic, with not many options to choose from. I would have appreciated having some peanut butter or cheese available. Overall, it was a convenient place to stay for a road trip stop.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. I really like the fact that you can check out at 12. The staff and front desk were very helpful as well. This is not a fancy hotel but it was quiet, clean and reasonably priced. Those are my main concerns.

The room upgrades were nice. The continental breakfast was good.

The room was good, recently renovated. Breakfast option was good. Parking after hours was tight. Personally I don’t think it was worth the price. I only book because it was a short distance from an event I was attending. Nothing much going on around the area.

Upon entering the room there were large blood red stains on the carpet literally scary looking. Got another room that had a terrible musty smell. Super uncomfortable bed couldn't wait to leave the following morning.

The room had a bd odor to it. There was mold around the window frame and there is a large spot where the ceiling is damaged in the room.

Room had a musty odor, walls appeared to be patched and there was what appeared to be mold. Towel rack was completely broken off the wall. Toilet kept getting clogged. Entry door did not seal properly. To top it off, there was a long black hair in the eggs they served for breakfast.

We only stayed for one night and it was a bit last minute, to be honest it was as expected, not great but not terrible. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was great! Only con was the room, the bathroom was a bit worn, wall paper peeling, mold etc, but was still clean, just dated. The room was clean as well, just very humid, the carpet and beds felt slightly damp at all times. But again it was totally fine for a quick stay and a you get what you pay for type of situation.

No pool. Had to wait 10 min at front desk for someone. No hot water throughout the day to make tea. Bed sucked. Tile in the kitchen area was coming up.

My husband and I recently stayed at this Comfort Inn. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Parking is super convenient, and the complimentary breakfast was excellent.

Everything was very clean just the room smell a bit too much if bleach, but beds are comfortable and staff friendly

Staff was very nice and Housekeeping really did a good job cleaning the room. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Again friendly staff in the food area kept up with all the messes Staff at this facility. Get an A+. The room smelled musty. The carpet needed to replaced, and there were some plumbing issues. The shower did not drain fast enough, so you stood ankle deep in water while you showered. Dark out curtains had holes in them. The room itself should get a C minus.

The breakfast was very poor.

The property and the rooms were clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was very courteous. Breakfast could be taken up a notch but no different than most properties.
