We just love staying here. The property is maintained consistantly impeccable. The rooms are immaculate. The A/C is great. Room conveniences are also great. I look forward to the excellent free coffee machine in the lobby.

This hotel does not have either an indoor or outdoor pool. This is the only downside. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. This is a good choice if you plan to work in the area for 3 plus days. Not a vacation spot.

The room was very clean and the hotel was nice overall but honestly, the staff could be trained better on customer service and politeness. There was a glitch with my reservation and rather than assure me that we can get to the bottom of it, I was antagonized and made to feel like Everything was my fault and that I was surely mistaken and did not have a reservation. things got heated unnecessarily and Once they finally figured it out… No apology was even issued…. Based on this, I will not return for future trips.

Blanket had a brown stain on it and when we told the desk all they did was take off the blanket so we had to call for a replacement. The shower water was hot for about 5 seconds than ran cold.

I asked for towels by calling down to the attendant front desk , she said they’d bring some up but they never did. They never cleaned my room and I never had the do not disturb hanger on the door. The front desk said they only clean rooms every three days. What kinda sense does that make? What if you’re only staying three days or less? I only stayed three days so that’s why my room never got cleaned . She said you have to call down to the desk to get your room cleaned . Most hotels it’s automatically getting cleaned daily unless you hang the do not disturb sign on your door. Lastly there was no complimentary breakfast and the card in the room said kids under 11 eat free. My 10 year old didn’t eat free. We had to pay for our breakfast at the Sonoma next door. Where was the free breakfast for my daughter? The front entrance was blocked the whole three days with yellow tape and you had to go thru the side door at the Sonoma grill. I’m a IHG member and expected better service. I will not stay there again. Holiday inn express is the only hotels I’ll stay at.

Clean room, comfortable beds, pleasant staff. The toilet lid was broken in the bathroom and the faucet needed repair.

They forgot to clean our room the second night we were there so we had dirty towels in our room all day garbage, and had to go to the desk to get stuff for the next day cause we were checking out. The front desk, staff apologize, but we were not compensated at all.
