dirty floor in room and skimpy breakfast

The hotel is okay for what it is. It is close to campus. The room wasn’t terrible, but I did go to the store to buy disinfectant wipes and a damp rid bag. When I got back, I realized they already had 2 bags hanging. The room could have been wiped down better (stuff on the headboard, I don’t want to talk about it 😒) and doors.

Weird blood stains on the pictures on the wall, the pool had too much salt in it

Don't stay here. The rooms are not clean and the owner is rude.

The front desk lady was rude.

Stains all over the white bedding, which was the reasoning for the security deposit according to the paper on the front desk. Bathroom had visible water marks down the side of the shower and floor (so it wasn’t cleaned). Upon getting in the room I took my shoes off, my white socks were black in two minutes of unpacking. Says they offer breakfast, it’s cereal and packaged muffins. No salt or pepper packets are even kept here. Just to top it off, you better not have any issues that require communication. There is a clear commutation barrier, and the employees seem to like it that way.

I liked that the room was right by the pool. The pool was nice and clean. I liked that the room had black out curtains as well as sheer curtains that people can’t see through. I didn’t like the strong smell when entering. I didn’t like the humidity of the room, it felt like we were camping. It is very humid. Also one of the bedside lights didn’t work. And the floors were dirty as can be. I walked barefoot at first and it made my feet black. There was also dog hair on the back of the bathroom door.

They wouldn’t let us in for coffee in the morning and we had to drive to McDonalds

Booker they Hotels.com and paid 156.00. Once arriving to check in, the guy at the front desk explained the 50.00 deposit in which I understood and had no issue with. After running my card, I pulled up my checking account app on my phone and it had been charged not only the 156.00 to Hotels.com and the 50.00 security deposit to Days Inn, but also another charge to Days Inn for 118.00 in which the front desk employee could not explain. He went as far as to turn his computer screen towards me which also showed two charges (one for 50.00 and one for 118.00). He told me I would have to call Hotels.com in which I had my wife call as soon as I walked out of the lobby and got into our car. Upon arrival at our door, the keycard he provided would not open the door. I walked back to the lobby and he rescanned the card and said it would work. After walking back up to the room, the card would still not work. I went back and he asked if I was holding the keycard in front of the reader on the door (like I am ignorant). He followed me back to my room and tried himself to no avail. He went back to the lobby as we stood at the door of the room and waited for him to return. When he returned, he moved us to a new room so we had to carry our luggage to from there. After an hour and a half we were in a room but were still charged an extra 118.00 in which I have to dispute thru the bank. Overall it was a nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bed bugs were wrapped up in the plastic coverings of the beds. I not only felt unsafe here. I left after checking in and grabbing a bite to eat. Saw the bed bugs and checked out immediately. They have not refunded me or let me know how their “investigation” has gone. Calling it a process of stages to give me any kind of refund.

No one at front desk at check out to return $50 deposit. Still no record for deposit received.

Room was hot even with AC on full blast. Otherwise acceptable for overnight stay. Close to venue. A little pricey. Appreciated staff moving room to ground floor at our request. Room was clean.

This property was moldy and wet. Fixtures were rusted from the moisture in the room and the furniture was deteriorating from the moisture. Bedding felt wet and mold was on the curtains. It smelled so bad we couldn’t stay due to the mold.

Desk staff was absolutely the least helpful staff I've ever interacted with. In every way.

If i could give zero stars, i would. We didn't even check in. When we tried to check in, the guy at the front desk argued with us stating that we had never paid for our reservation when it was paid for in full. I had the receipt and the bank statement from the date the payment posted and provided proof. He still wanted to charge us for the $187 that we already paid. They only charge that was on our account that needed to be paid was $25 for early check in, which i was more than happy to pay. He even showed us the screen, which only showed the $25 due, but still insisted that we did not pay for the reservation at all and that he was adding on that charge. We simply found another place last minute to stay because of this. If not refunded for the reservation we already paid for, i will be escalating this on every platform. We didn’t even stay for the reservation due to the guy at the front desk wanting to charge us again for the reservation that we already paid in full for.

The room was hot and humid. A/c barely worked. Fridge did not more. Floor was dirty, fixtures old and rusted. Musty, mildew smell in room. Bathroom had stain on toilet and tub. Wallpaper and paint peeling. Couldn’t use pool due to a couple doing inappropriate things. Told staff and the couple, but nothing was done. Dogs barking all hours of day and night, again staff did nothing about it. Absolute awful hotel. I felt super unsafe.
