Bed bugs were wrapped up in the plastic coverings of the beds. I not only felt unsafe here. I left after checking in and grabbing a bite to eat. Saw the bed bugs and checked out immediately. They have not refunded me or let me know how their “investigation” has gone. Calling it a process of stages to give me any kind of refund.

No one at front desk at check out to return $50 deposit. Still no record for deposit received.

Room was hot even with AC on full blast. Otherwise acceptable for overnight stay. Close to venue. A little pricey. Appreciated staff moving room to ground floor at our request. Room was clean.

This property was moldy and wet. Fixtures were rusted from the moisture in the room and the furniture was deteriorating from the moisture. Bedding felt wet and mold was on the curtains. It smelled so bad we couldn’t stay due to the mold.

The room was hot and humid. A/c barely worked. Fridge did not more. Floor was dirty, fixtures old and rusted. Musty, mildew smell in room. Bathroom had stain on toilet and tub. Wallpaper and paint peeling. Couldn’t use pool due to a couple doing inappropriate things. Told staff and the couple, but nothing was done. Dogs barking all hours of day and night, again staff did nothing about it. Absolute awful hotel. I felt super unsafe.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable

Any I had to leave and come back-there was people always outside smoking marijuana. Pretty disgusting smell.
-
It was very excellent and very affordable. And the staff and service was perfect.

Rated high, but far from it. Little to no breakfast items, hairball on our towels, stain on one comfortor, construction workers sitting on the sidewalks and took up back half of the hotel. Ice machine located in a very small laundry room that was dirty and they didn't have a dryer. One of the staff members was extremely rude. General Manager apologized for his staff member and did credit me one night which was very appreciated.

Nice enough room. It was a satisfactory stay. Nothing particularly stood out, but it met expectations, and the staff was great.

Prepaid for two queen beds, instead got a bed and an uncomfortable cot. Breakfast had nothing hot, just cheap blueberry muffins, a little fruit, and the most basic grab'n'go items you can think of. The grounds felt very unsafe, folks were smoking weed and more all over the property. It's the first time I've felt unsafe at a hotel in a long time. I almost never leave Expedia reviews, but I had to do so this time. I can at least say the folks working at the desk were nice. I'll never stay here again, this one was a one and done. If we don't feel safe, that's too much to overcome.

The staff was nice. The water in the shower never got hot. I told the staff and he said they were in a fight with the utilities. So, apparently they knew. Would've been nice to know there was no hot water at check in. The continual breakfast sucked. It was a muffin that had nuts and my son is allergic to nuts and cereal. That was it. The room was fairly clean, but some stains on the sheets. It was updated so the room itself wasn't bad.

Attendant friendly. Paid deposit, await reimbursement.

Everything overall was great. The breakfast was pretty whimpy little muffins, oatmeal, juice and coffee.

Had to change rooms 3 times because the first room smelled like pet urine. They knew it smelled badly because they didn’t hesitate to give us another room. The 2nd room had no microwave or refrigerator so we changed rooms again. The “breakfast bar”was a few tangerines, juice and sugary yogurt. The air conditioner worked great and the staff was nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable.
-
The bed was hard as a concrete slab

Did not sleep well the first night. Had to switch rooms on the second night due to consistent noise coming from storage rooms next to our room. Possibly water heater knocking sound. Overall the stay was okay.
