Roaches every where in the room and hallway. Bad smell all over the place. Wait over 30 minutes for someone to show up to do check in. Room was nasty

Staff was not friendly or welcoming. This hotel is invested with roaches, in the hallways, the rooms, everywhere!! Walking in the hallways you will find bugs that people have stepped on. Would not recommend!! We checked in at 2 PM and checked out by 3 PM due to the uncleanliness and bugs. The line was terrible with one girl working the front desk. I turned my key into a cleaning lady close to the front desk.

Wait time to check in was over an hour, booked another hotel nearby.

They kept reassigning my room, WHILE I WAS IN IT. To the point when I was completely nude, a guy walked in my room. Saw me naked and the front desk lady didn't even care. And it happened 3 more times!!!

They had roaches I wanted my money back please or a discount."………………………..

The room itself looked clean and presentable at first. However, when we returned later that night, we found bugs in the room. The bed was also extremely uncomfortable—it felt like sleeping on cardboard. Another issue occurred around 2:00 a.m. when we returned to the hotel. Our key card showed a green light at the entrance, but the door would not unlock. Thankfully, another guest was leaving and let us inside. If you’re looking for a very inexpensive place to stay for just one night, it may work in a pinch. However, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

Made a reservation , when I pulled up the line was out the door to check in. Some folks talked about how they waited in line for 4 hours. I waited in line for about an hour before over hearing that they have been overbooked.. I am very disappointed. Hoping I get a refund it is not my fault that you guys were overbooked and understaffed there was only one person working the front desk and quite frankly she needed help. !

They “found” us a room once we complained enough about the situation. It was DISGUSTING. Dead and live roaches and not clean at all. The first floor smells of cat urine so bad. When we left the front desk was not open for some reason to let them know but other customers had also left paper towels with dead roaches on them. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

The absolute worst check in ever at any hotel. The front desk worker named Kayla was trying her best. Multiple people were checked in to the same room while I wanted for over 2 hours and still did not get checked in. Came back to attempt a night check in and used the provided phone to make two calls and received no response. The absolute worst experience ever, this brand is off my list of places I’ll ever try to stay at, and I would not be surprised if this location does not close down soon. Maybe that’s the best option. As for staying here - just don’t.

Kayla was alone at the front desk. She kept her cool and kept apologizing for the wait. Stood in line for 2 hours just to find out she couldn’t find my reservation and they had over booked. I finally left because I had a concert to get to. I found somewhere else to stay for the night.

Had to wait outside in a line of 50+ guests to check-in in 95 degree weather , 3:00 check-in finally got my room at 5:45. Others waited past 7:30. Only one girl at the front desk and she was struggling. The room keys were not working. The Manager would not answer their phone. She accidentally gave someone the key to our room and they walked in thinking it was theirs.We we all shocked at the misunderstanding .I’m just glad we were dressed. Management left that poor girl to drowning when they knew there was a huge concert that night 2miles away and they were fully booked. And they left their guests to suffer in the heat for hours. They should return everyone’s money for July 11, 2026. People had to wait for other guests to get in and out because the key cards didn’t open the access doors. It was horrible.

Small TV’s, great staff, accommodating.

I checked out the day I checked in. My room was infested with roaches. When I reached out to staff they informed me that they were aware and no rooms in the hotel would be free of pest. I requested a refund and early check out. When calling to verify my refund I contacted the property after calling Expedia as I was charged directly by the hotel. They argued with me that the refund would come through Expedia and were rude in their incorrect explanation. I urge you not to choose this stay under any circumstance.

We don’t like it Many bugs and filthy rooms, dirty and toilet clog, stained toilet bowl. The smell in the hotel and room are bad and dusty room and dirty . The staff that we talk to complained our room is mean. The stove not working

I’ve stayed in rundown motels and I know what to expect and what I’m getting for my money. But this place was unacceptable and for around $90 a night it’s upsetting. There were so many bugs in my room. And everything was extremely dirty. When I first got to my room I killed around 20 bugs crawling on the floor, walls, countertop, and fridge door. I was grossed out but gave the place a chance. When I got back to my room later in the evening and turned the lights on to discover tons of bugs crawling all over my bed and my kids bed I quickly packed up and left to stay elsewhere. I contacted the hotel and they gave a full refund without any hassle which was appreciated and that was the best part about the whole experience.

We were refused service and were never checked into our room. The attendant had horrible customer service.
