When to open up the refrigerator and 2 roaches crawled out that we had to kill. I feel we'll bought some milk to bring in the big fridge and it. The refrigerator didn't cool. Ruin the milk.

Book the room for the night. Got there at 10:30. He used the phone to call the after hours check-in and it went to a message saying the number has been disconnected. Could not get checked in. Had to find another motel

the room was clean the hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly nothing

Absolutely the best

They were overbooked and unapologetic. The turd running the night shift left me sweating in their stinky, hot lobby for much too long before showing up to inform me. I had to book a new hotel

Was close to work Roachessssssss. Everywhere

This might be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and if I had any other options on this trip, I would have paid the cost. The poor lady working the front desk explained that they had no staff and only one person working part-time to clean rooms. The first room I went to was still covered in garbage and dirt from the previous guest. The hotel felt like a hospital with people working through things and just hanging around the parking lot. I would strongly recommend finding a different hotel. If I could have found anyone working, I would have asked for a refund...

Roaches and no one answers after hours

Literally everything was great except no shampoo or conditioner and plenty of roaches they say no partying in the room but I couldn't sleep cuz next door was loud for a long time

Nasty should have slept in my rig

I didnt get to experience the property. called them to let them know and they told me their system was down so we couldnt be checked in and we lost our room i didnt like the way they handled their system being down because the day we were supposed to check in we lost our room and couldnt check in. they shouldve had other accommodations.

I was not even able to check in. O one was at the desk I called and called no answer I want my money back

We didn’t stay we booked another hotel because there was roaches in the room and what looked to be a needle cap there was very stained mattress and dirt n grime on the bed frame overall the room was very gross

Nothing was appeasing for living conditions

The were cockroaches in the room.

It was disgusting. There were roaches in the room and the halls reeked of marijuana and urine.

Through we understand that the hotel was possibly not responsible for being unable to check-in, we would have greatly appreciated a possible solution to the issue, or at least some aid, support, or recommendations as to what we could do next. We know things happen, but we really felt stranded and hoped for better customer service.

Passable

Proximity to restaurants, Walmart, centennial Park and it was peaceful. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Need to improve on hygiene, there were roaches and an unpleasant smell.
