It was fine. Check-in was ridiculously long process. And do they really need my driver’s license, come on! Also at check-in, a guest was arguing passionately about being treated as a criminal. Loved that experience.

Always clean and comfy. The sleep was much needed

room was clean, the outlet cover by the bed was chipped in which when I proceeded to plug in my phone charger it did spark at me. When using the outlet in the restroom, I went to unplug my cord and it acted as if it was gonna come out of the wall. Overall hotel was pretty clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff was helpful. Not bad for a quick stay in town.

I didn't like any thing about the place no elevator had to carry everything up stairs said free breakfast that was a joke I'm a lineman and when storms come in we turn the lights back on I checked out early trying to get my nights rolled for the following week but I couldn't understand what the lady was saying and she definitely didn't understand anything I was talking about I will never stay there again

Clean room, helpful staff and very convenient to the interstate. Disappointed in the breakfast (or lack of) options. We specifically chose for the inclusion of breakfast.

Noise all night. Finally left @4 am.

Aweful smell. Stained sheets. Top bed linens smelled gross. Walls sticky and AC unit blew out worse smell than the room. Emailed for refund sine I was only in room for 20 minutes. Could not stay!!!

The front desk clerk that checked me in was super sweet he offered to switch us rooms to better accommodate my daughters wheelchair and helped me move the beds so we could navigate the room easier. He said he had worked there for a long time like 5+ years he is a genuine asset to this hotel Room was a little dirty but for an older hotel and for the price it was still a goid deal

One of the pillow cases had a stain of some sort (maybe blood) , they did give me a fresh pillow case, but shouldn’t have happened. Room sort of ok.

Security The so called breakfast, two cereals, two juices, coffee, % milk isn't good for breakfast!

The room and the stairwell going down the steps to the lobby had infestation of roaches. The motel clerk said he could not refund me because i use a 3rd party like expedia to book the room. I told the front desk clerk to keep it and I will never use the Super 8 again

It was a great stay only complaint was bitter coffee other than that it was clean staff very friendly and helpful
