Quality Inn

There was no Quality Inn. They were changing it to apartments leaving me with no place to stay!! Was not a Quality Inn there

Nothing When we got there, no motel. We were not told that they were closed. No other motels were open because of the concert that we were to see. Drove 4 hrs home afterwards. Trying to get our money refunded.

Nothing they weren’t there and I had to find a room at the last minute Nothing

. To make matters worse, when I called Quality Inn or Choice Hotel, I was told that the location was open. It was infuriating to be told by two people that the hotel was open when I was standing in front of it and it was being renovated to apartments.

Shower did not work, their response…sorry. Bed was awful. Only option was waffles for breakfast.

There was no blanket only a sheet a over throw the bed wasn't comfortable and the pillows was terrible

The breakfast was not up to par as compared to your other locations. Have a choice of food. Eggs and sausage were not very good.

I didn't like the fact that the pool wasn't open it had no sign saying closed nor did it mention it on the website while booking and that was my whole purpose of choosing there to stay is because it had a pool

Location Dirty,bugs,bad beds broken fridge said there was pool when we got there it was closed breakfast was not a breakfast only 2 towels bad pillows

My son got bitten all over by bed bugs.

Advertise as having a swimming pool, no pool available and would not refund my money when I asked for my reservation to be cancelled. I even tried to change the date so that a pool would be available but that was rejected by motel management. False advertisement

The air stayed cold The bed fell to the middle of the mattress. The breeze way constantly smelled like weed with people just standing outside smoking pot. I had no towels or toilet paper when I got there. I requested a king bed and ended up in a queen handicap room. I had to go to the desk to get pillows the room was non smoking yet reeked of cigarettes. The room next door partied the whole three days I was there.

The desk agent was nice. Cockroaches in the room.

Our original room the air was out. They did move us to a room where the air worked so we appreciate that. Parking lot was dirty. Drive up and parked, people were on balcony smoking. I took off my shoes inside and floors were dirty. The room smelled moldy

The bed was nice. Clean room and decent size. Pool was closed and dirty. Looked a little run down, but was ok.

The exterior of the hotel is kind of dated, motel vibes with all of the room entry doors on the exterior, however the room is completely up to date and modern - everything was new inside, furniture, lamps, bathroom vanity, etc. There is free breakfast on the main floor next to the lobby/front desk and Starbucks and lots of fast dining options just down the street. Walgreens and Walmart are nearby too. Nothing I didn't like, except maybe the exterior aesthetics. But I needed a clean and simple place to sleep for one night and this was perfect. It was graduation weekend in Fayetteville and I was thankful to find a decent place to stay near campus for moving my kid out of the dorms, without rate hikes for a premium weekend.

there was flies which I kept trying to kill I ended up covering my whole head to sleep the AC worked great
