Affordable Suites Fayetteville

The location of the property was great. The parking was great. The layout of the property was great, meaning the exterior was nice and clean except for the [unattended] used linen pushed into a corner under the steps. I guess quitting time means immediately stop what your doing in some places, no matter what, like someone yelling 'fire'. Anyway, my room smelt mildewy [it stank] likely because of the dirty old rug; the dressers and tables were really worn, outdated and dusty; the linen [and especially one of the was cloths] was dingy with the visibility of certain unremovable stains; the bathroom sink was backing up until I looked down into the drain and saw that a soap wrapper had been stuffed down into the drain [thus causing the backup] so I removed it with my tweezers [yuk] which helped alleviate the sink backup issue and there were hairs on the walls around the tub indicating the staff failed to clean the room properly. The outside of the place looked much better than the room itself. The chair and the sofa had stains and looked worn and old. And finally there is absolutely no staff after 5 or 6pm much less over the weekend - office was closed. Cleanliness should not be a compromise for affordability. The rooms should be better cleaned and sanitized and the rugs should definitely be removed to help avoid unpleasant smells.

Plenty of food choices around the area Roaches and black mold in the rooms. Nothing updated such as light fixtures in the bathroom. Old and rusted. I could go on but its no use.

Great price close enough to Fort Jackson. Nice little pool dryer worked well room was clean. Good water, pressure

Staff was wonderful,Room was a decent size , but it smelled like dirty mop. Also I would definitely advise anyone traveling to bring your own towels and rags . There’s were dirty still and had multiple stains on them. Other than that it definitely served its purpose.

Anytime we come up to the Ft Bragg area we find comfort and a home setting staying with Affordable Suites.

An awesome place to stay. We have stayed at other Affordable Suits and they all have Been very good. The Fayetteville/ Fort Bragg location is exceptional The rooms are arranged around a courtyard that simply invites you to have a seat and relax. The suite was spotless, and arranged in a manner that made us feel at home. The manager was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect ( I have severe allergies ) and she worked with me so my stay was pleasant and uneventful. The on-site guest laundry was also a great help. Nothing

The only thing I liked was the location and the staff was very nice and the lady Lisa the manager was very accommodating to my complaints and very apologetic and the bed wasn't bad There were some things that could have been better I hate to put things on blast because the Manager Lisa was very accommodating when I brought some things to her Attention so I won't mention them because I told her and she was very sweet and apologetic but Housekeeping needs to do better I would say that and anytime I have to clean my own room that's a problem I've explained these things to her but what I would say that I really didn't like the odor in the room it smelled like mold or really bad old carpet that really killed my mood and Housekeeping didn't vacuum the floor it was stuff under the bed and one thing I didn't mention is the tv channels in the living room I couldn't get any channels but Fox and channel 11 I couldn't get anything else I booked the room for the weekend to get away and have some free time for myself and get some rest but I'm not going to post pictures because I sent them to Mrs Lisa.

The kitchen had enough stuff in it but when I opened a cupboard a couple of bugs scooted off. Same in the bathroom cupboard - bugs in there too. The extractor fan in the bathroom was ridiculously noisy. The beds were ok and looked fairly clean.

The property significantly improved from May 2025, to May2026! The rooms were updated and smoking has been banned inside premises! There are also 9pm-9am regulated hours for quiet time! They turned the suites from a 24hr party session, into a nice clean, peaceful environment! That is outstanding!!!

Clean room, helpful and flexible staff when it came to checking in late. The instructions to check in were very clear, just make sure to let them know ahead of time. They were flexible with checking out as well, really made my stay much less of a headache.

The room had no bedsheets for soda bed and it was full of roaches. I have never experienced anything like this. what a night so scary! The room was unbelievably disgusting, not clean and full of bugs and roaches. My daughter and I had to leave and go somewhere else.

Negative - Parking lot does not have lights. Most people I saw there are truck drivers. Many people are smoking marijuana in night outside near the door or in the parking lot. Felt not safe for families.
