nothing except the location and price there were cockroaches crawling on the walls and the furniture stained badly, the room smell very bad due to high humidity and poorly maintained

I went to register for my room and see a sign that they elevator wasn’t working so I had to find another hotel before I can’t walk the stairs

The Customer Service took my security deposit and refused to give my security deposit back, even when the room was clean when I left and instead of due to me, I’m requesting it due to emergency that I had to leave we couldn’t give my security deposit back, which makes me sick in my fucking stomach Apart from that, they never came into my home to clean up. They didn’t clean the room at all. I had to clean the room and they didn’t give me any breakfast. The whole time I was there and my kids didn’t eat any breakfast from them.
