Quality Inn Fayetteville near Fort Bragg

Staff super nice Had to ask for a room change because smoke smell so bad. Room had holes in wall, very old and run down . Had to close my eyes to take a shower it was so old and rundown. Desperate need of upgrade.

The elevator was ‘out of order’ but I suspect they had it turned off just so they could save electricity. They didn’t tell me the elevator was not working until they recommended and booked me a room on the third floor. The whole hotel was filthy. There was no fire alarm in the room and the floor in the room we stayed in, actually moved and buckled under the weight of a normal step…….. I’m not exaggerating at all. Do not stay at this dump.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, clean and very convenient location! Breakfast was also a pleasant experience.

Staff was very nice but the room was kind of dirty. The floors felt sticky and the AC took forever to cool the room down which was very hot when we got there. Other than that it was good. Thank you

I booked the room for my mom and the staff was rude tried to charge her again after she paid for her room. There was also a $50 deposit that no one could give a clear understanding of. I have visited several different hotels and have never paid a deposit. They were suppose to give her a first floor room. Due to her health. She was not satisfied neither was I so we will not be using your company again.

No complain about the staff they were amazing. However, the room was wet. It just seemed like a breeding ground for mold The sheets weren’t clean. I bought my own. I found hair in them the first night and I was so tired that I just took the sheets off and bought my own. The room just did not feel like it had been properly cleaned at all.

If I’m being honest, I cannot name any positive aspects of my experience. The property had mold, unsanitary conditions, and rude staff, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The property was unsanitary, poorly maintained, and staff behavior was unprofessional, making the overall experience unpleasant.
