Always clean and love they have a smoking room
-
Very clean and spacious room. Nice bathroom with walk-in shower. The breakfast was nice. There was a waffle station, cereal options, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee, juice, and a variety of spreads.
-
We always stay here it’s always clean and love the fact they having smoking rooms!
-
Reservation was canceled by manager…after I arrived I was told the room I booked was no longer available and was downgraded to 2 queen non smoking room instead of the 1 king smoking…very outrageous because I come here often and this hasn't happened. Couldn’t find another hotel due to the time…what’s the point of paying for a non refundable reservation if you gonna give my room to someone else…

Nice staff
-
Visitors knocking on door all night. No security. Fence was demolished and area seemed like a drug area.
-
Was clean There were “unmentionable “ people walking around a bit. I guess some people live there
-
There was fighting continuously throughout the night, all you could smell through there was weed, there was garbage all over and cigarette butts all over.
-
Nothing Alot of traffic.room had a moisture feeling inside people arguing Nex to my room late night breaking my sleep
-
The property had a lot of traffic in and out. People were out on balcony smoking weed and cars pulling up to guys and they were getting in and out cars. I felt very uncomfortable with the traffic and drug addicts outside the rooms. I had canceled the room and left
-
Room was very dirty but reeked of bleach smell. Previous person had a dog and dog hair and visible messes were around the room. Disgusting!!!! Everything!!! They said they couldn’t help because the manager wasn’t in at that time.
-
Just a lot of prostitutes and other activities going on there. Think it’ll be better if that wasn’t going on and they get better breakfast. It’s been the same for the 13 years I’ve lived there.

Everything

Nothing The property had a lot of foot traffic if you know what I mean. There were a lot of addicts and prostitution. It’s not kid friendly and I have two.
-
Truck drivers stay nightly and lurk around the property as well as drug addicts. Locals seem to come in and out all day and night. Not recommended for tourists, families or single traveling ladies.

The room and the facility were very clean Our only problem was there was absolutely no water pressure

When we got there, the first room was terrible, torn seats and there was a strange smell. Also there was an exterminator who was coming out of a room. Employee saw the look on my face and immediately said I have another room inside of the building. The room was cleaner but later that night my kids started screaming, there was a big cockroach in the corner and started crawling towards their shoes. I jumped up and grabbed their things and placed them on the desk. I went to the front desk but the young lady that was working apologized but she didn’t know what to do. She stated that she was going to write a note and she said that they might would give me a discount. That night they were partying outside and they were loud so my kids were complaining about the noise. The pool was closed due to having some repairs but someone who stayed there said that it was closed because people were doing things that they were supposed to do (like eating and other stuff that caused the pool to turn green). The next day I spoke with manager and he said that he would give me a discount when I come back. COME BACK WHAT!!!!!

Great hotel
-
my room was close to the pool, breakfast was good only thing they needed meat on the menu. the hotel is very close to the mall and stores they even had a dollar tree. who don't love a dollar tree. the best time for the pool is in the morning because they clean it every day. the place is nice, paint the outside stairs to spruce it up, my sink was a lil clogged but no complaints if i had stayed longer or complained to them im sure they would have fixed it' staff was very nice. im sure they would have fixed it.

I checked into my room at 3am June 23rd and they checked me out at 11am when I was gone for my meeting! So I basically paid $85 to sleep for 2 hours
