The stay and the staff were excellent, but it was too short. Beautiful hotel and location. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were also great.
-
Property was clean, room was clean, beds were nice. Front desk staff was very friendly It was just a quick one night stay but there seemed to be a shopping/mall and plenty of restaurants within a short drive.

Nothing worked. Spectrum cable was down and the hot tub didn’t work. For $200 a night I expected a heck of a lot more. One of the main reasons I chose this Hotel was because it had a hot tub. It wasn’t even working and hadn’t been working for over a week. I talked to the manager and she said because I went through Expedia she couldn’t even give me a partial refund. I personally will never ever stay at another Hilton again. I’m certain Paris and her family would be applaud at the conditions with a Hotel in that shape and not even letting the people know who came there expecting so much more were let down as well. I’m not done yet. I will definitely take this higher to the next person in the franchise.

Great staff and great place to drop in after a long highway trip!
-
Breakfast was very good
-
The hot tub was out of service and that was the main reason for our stay after a 13 hour drive, to relax but was unable to use. We had the understanding breakfast was included but during check-in they wanted to charge extra fee. Room was very clean and comfortable tho!

The hot tub was down

Magnificent I had to checkout….

The hotel itself is very nice. The guests on our floor arguing, cursing, all very loud in the hall in front of our room from 11pm until after 6am the next morning. Security, realizing that there was a problem, should have extricated us from the volatile situation. We were in a dangerous spot.

Water flow was too weak, bed were too squeaky!!!
-
All was good staff clean rooms. My reservation said it included breakfast but when I got there it was not included
-
Awesome stay
-
Breakfast was excellent although there was some confusion over whether we would be double charged. There wasn’t a nice view from the window.
-
Breakfast was not complimentary.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We were a little surprised there wasn't a hair dryer. That was a little frustrating but, that is a small problem. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was cold too!

Well, the first morning that i had breakfast,i was given a paper cup for coffee,so i thought maybe they were out of real cups ,so there was a another couple came in and they got real coffee cups, and i thought my waitress was rushing things,i didn't like that but my next day breakfast was EXCELLENT

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and easy access to Fort Liberty and other areas around Fayetteville. The only minor disappointment was the breakfast. It's an additional charge, and for the price, I expected a little more variety and better overall quality. It wasn't bad, but it didn't quite live up to the rest of the hotel's excellent experience. Overall, the cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding customer service made this an easy 5-star stay. I would definitely choose the Hilton Garden Inn again the next time I'm in Fayetteville.

Breakfast was average.
-
Clean rooms and property, centrally located, no free breakfast as seen with other hilton's around the country.
-
Property was as described, excellent location and very helpful and personable staff!!
