Great place to stay; great staff.

I called the night before to confirm that the jacuzzi was operable. I was assured that it was however, when I arrived the next morning there was a sign that said the jacuzzi was under repair. I asked when the when it became inoperable, they said the week prior. I informed them that I had just called the night before and was assured that the jacuzzi was working. I was very disappointed. The breakfast made up for it though!

Great place to stay

The stay and the staff were excellent, but it was too short. Beautiful hotel and location. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were also great.

Property was clean, room was clean, beds were nice. Front desk staff was very friendly It was just a quick one night stay but there seemed to be a shopping/mall and plenty of restaurants within a short drive.

Nothing worked. Spectrum cable was down and the hot tub didn’t work. For $200 a night I expected a heck of a lot more. One of the main reasons I chose this Hotel was because it had a hot tub. It wasn’t even working and hadn’t been working for over a week. I talked to the manager and she said because I went through Expedia she couldn’t even give me a partial refund. I personally will never ever stay at another Hilton again. I’m certain Paris and her family would be applaud at the conditions with a Hotel in that shape and not even letting the people know who came there expecting so much more were let down as well. I’m not done yet. I will definitely take this higher to the next person in the franchise.

Breakfast was very good

The location was the perfect distance for the meeting. The facility was wonderful. The staff were fantastic. I did not eat breakfast but my sister did. She said it was wonderful! Our room had a bad smell coming from the vent. It smelled like a wet dog. My bed was not the most comfortable either. It felt like it had some sort of lump in the middle of the mattress when I turned over in my sleep.

The hot tub was out of service and that was the main reason for our stay after a 13 hour drive, to relax but was unable to use. We had the understanding breakfast was included but during check-in they wanted to charge extra fee. Room was very clean and comfortable tho!
