Female staff worker demanded after me asking to curve over to opposite side of trolley so she could have her face close to mine knowing I am walking with a broken foot and cast. No wheel chair for the handicap as I am. Stained floors in room. And a strange listening device with a red light inches from the bathroom in the room. Horrible customer service or people relation other than the employee man that stayed silent as the man in the suit and another employee heckles me and told me not to stay there again if I didn't like it

Updated and in an area with a lot of food places and businesses. The breakfast was good. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better. There was hair in the tub but it was a nice hotel overall and I’d stay again

We had a great one-night stay. The room was nice and big and roomy and super clean. The breakfast was fairly good. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised and left full to continue our trip. We are actually staying in another Holiday Inn Express tonight in Florida because we were so impressed.

Nice room. Quiet. Lots of wall Plugs. Ice machine out of order on 4th floor Very low water pressure in sink. Every time I return to my room, my keys would not work so I had to go back downstairs and get them recoded. That was kind of a pain. Nighttime staff not as friendly as daytime.
