The front desk and breakfast staff were amazing. Kind, helpful, and friendly. The hotel space was as advertised with great features like the pull out couch, TV on a rotating hinge so everyone can see, and plenty of closet space. My only complaint is that the bathroom was not well maintained and the tile and tub were grimy and aged looking. The amenities like the gym, pool, and breakfast were great and as expected.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved having the amenities in the room of a full size refrigerator and the ability to cook if needing too. Kids had a blast at the pool and we even used the grill to cook hamburgers for dinner one night. The only thing that was a little annoying was the key card wouldn’t let us back in and they couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working… but that’s not on them and they had to wait for maintenance. Over all it was a wonderful stay

Hotel was nice, but the room was not clean on any of the days of our stay.

The staff were very courteous and informative. They were able to assist with all of our needs. Breakfast was amazing lots to choose from. Would definitely book with them again.

Solid with plenty of space. Office chair should be replaced. UV light in AC flashed all night but room was cleanly & comfy. Dishes at breakfast still covered in stuck on debris. All staff very friendly, polite and welcoming!!

Suite was a nice size. Bed was comfortable, pillows were great! Elevator broke while we were there, also, the pool is located right next to the building. Heat was radiating from the building. Very hot location. Coffee was not hot.

Exceptional

First off the place smelled amazing when I walked in! I checked in at 2am and the woman that greeted me (Jessica) was more than kind. She was also the one that checked me out. Everyone was welcoming and the room was way bigger than I expected. I will definitely use them again.

Pool was closed and we booked our stay there for that reason. Very disappointing and wanted a partial refund!

Home2Suite is an excellent place to stay for large families, with an excellent breakfast buffet, swimming pool, gym, mini store, washer and dryer, and gym. This hotel posses all the amenities you could possibly need. Staff is amazing and they have oranges on every floor which is great for afternoon snack. I will definitely be staying again
