Had a great stay at a great price. Staff was very helpful and the room looked newly remodeled. It was very clean with lots of parking. Would definitely stay again.

Tub had a huge stain, my sheets were so thin you could see through them, even without the hole you could see through them. Non smoking room with cigarette burns in the blankets. We were very disappointed

Would recommend investment be made in bedding. Sheets and pillowcases on both beds had holes in them (from ware?? ) The stopper in the sink located in the bathroom did not work. Once pushed down would not come up. I crawled under the sink and repaired it to a point. There were some bugs on the floor which I removed but something the manager might want to look after. I relayed all of this to the desk when I checked out.

Had a great one night stay. AC worked room was cleaned and updated. Bed was comfortable and price was right.

A pleasant surprise for an owner-run motel. I chose the Deluxe Inn on price and reviews and feel it was a great value. Apparently, some of my co-attendees of the RS group agree as they stayed there too. Checked in to the neat lobby and was warmly greeted by the female owner behind the desk. They have a cleanliness score of 100 on a wall plaque. Room was clean, showed signs of remodeling and no bugs. Porcelain wood-look floor tiles & granite tub surround, plenty of hot water, and thru-wall A/C had a 'constant fan switch that masked the normal on/off operation. Big TV did not respond to "CC" changes and required scrolling the 99 Spectrum lineup as there was no printed channel guide. Fridge/freezer combo with microwave allowed some food storage & snacking. I will stay here again since this experience was so positive.

Parking was very easy. Security would be relative to concerns. There isn't any visible threat. The room was wonderfully clean. Air conditioner is off until you check in, which means it is very hot when you get there. The ac works well but the fan has throttled and will not blow strongly. It took three hours to cool the room to 72. The shower and bathroom were in very good condition. Biggest downside was no beside table or shelf. Very inconvenient. Also, I don't have pets, but the pet policy is very rigid. Read it carefully.

Had a good stay

This was an older motel, but the room was clean and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly. We appreciated that they welcomed our dog, Lola, for a reasonable $20 pet fee. A good value for an overnight stay.

Def a great location for Peace and Quite

We stayed at the Deluxe Motel as our halfway stop to Florida. We liked it so much we stayed there again on the way back! It's clean, friendly, and the room was excellent both times. They welcomed our kitty with a 20.00 pet fee ( most places are 50), and there were walkable places to eat right there for weary travelers. Didn't see any sketchy people at all. Great motel, and we will be back when we travel back to Florida!!

Very clean...

Location was great, front desk attendant was very nice. My little dog was welcomed with a $2O fee No place to walk the dog, hotel is surrounded by a metal fence. Beds were so hard, very uncomfortable. Towels were basically threadbare.
