Deluxe Inn Fayetteville - I-95 Exit 49

The only good thing about the hotel was the price. We saw three bugs in the room. The rooms need to be renovated; the paint was old and flaking off. The sheets smelled bad. We were sneezing, probably due to the dust. The shampoo had water mixed into it. I was surprised by the good reviews because my experience was terrible. I would give it a 2 out of 5 rating.

towels were a little dingy need new towels had holes from washing in blue or are old. other than that it was really really nice.

Great place to stop if you are on a road trip and want to be close to I-95. Front desk was very helpful with suggestions for dinner nearby, I believe her name was Lindsey, my apologies if I am wrong. Good bed and linens, clean room. I like to call this kind of hotel cheap and cheerful!

I had a great stay. The staff were professional and friendly, making every interaction smooth and welcoming. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The price was affordable and felt fair for the quality provided. The location was also very convenient, especially being right near the highway for quick access in and out of the area. I would gladly stay here again.

The property and the room was clean and well kept, however, the bath tub was very dangerous, had a fall simply because it was quite slippery. There needs to be some type of grip to help with having a safe footing while taking a shower. Also be aware of being charged for two children under the age of 8 yrs old. I have stayed at this location before and had these two babies and was never charged. So it was quite surprising to me to be told that I had to pay for these babies. I would stay there again but would have to make sure the tub is safe.

Hotel was ok, but surrounding areas did not seem safe.

The room is always clean and I am able to check in quickly. Parking is right outside my room which I like.

Great place to stop on my journey, and sure picked a good one. Simple, clean, accommodating and real friendly staff. What more could you ask for? I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a perfect stop over!

Great Stay, Clean Room,

parking was easy and convenient..staff top notch

All in all, it was good for a one night stay even though the front desk attendant wanted to try to accuse me and my friend of smoking in the room. We never smoked in the room. We did go out to our cars to smoke real quick before calling it a night but that was the extent of it. I also have yet to receieve my deposit back for the room after they explained to me it is immediately refunded after checking out. We'll see. I know this can take a couple days to process
