Very enjoyable stay and restful More towels would be helpful!

volume on TV was very low no matter how loud you turned it up. Wasn't told at check in if we wanted housekeeping service we had to ask for it so had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper

The location was nice. The lobby was nice and clean The front staff did not understand their own booking process. They were less than kind when I asked them to repeat it. I asked for other items about making sure it was not an adjoining room as I had requested and yes it was honored but it was like pulling teeth and they never cracked the smile which made me extremely uncomfortable because I tried very hard to be kind and decent to everyone I meet. Your box springs in the room are disgusting and should be updated immediately I need a immediately I only wish I took some pictures.

The hotel and room were very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. They had egg white frittata‘s and sausage patties or some kind of western omelette. They were not that good, they looked like processed frozen food that they heated up and the home fries didn’t looked cooked at all, they looked like steamed potatoes. It just would’ve been nice to have something like plain scrambled eggs and bacon.

After driving for 14 hours, he arrived at the hotel at approximately 10:00 p.m., only to be told that he could not check in because he was under 21. This age restriction was not made apparent to us during the booking process, despite the fact that the room was prepaid. What is particularly disappointing is how the situation was handled afterward. We repeatedly explained the circumstances and requested either a refund or credit, but were refused. Instead, we were repeatedly told that we should have read the terms and conditions. Regardless of what may have been buried in the terms and conditions, a restriction that prevents a paying guest from checking into a prepaid reservation should be made clear and prominent before the booking is completed. Had we known about the 21+ requirement, we obviously would not have made the reservation. Our son was exhausted after a 14-hour drive and was forced to find another hotel late at night, in an unfamiliar city, on his own. This was an entirely avoidable and very stressful situation. We are extremely disappointed with both the booking experience and the hotel’s refusal to take any responsibility for the lack of clear disclosure. At the very least, given the circumstances, we believe a full refund or meaningful credit would have been an appropriate and reasonable resolution.

Beautiful property. The hotel was one of the cleanest, nicest, and friendliest hotels I have ever stayed in (and we travel monthly)!

I enjoy my stays at Hampton Inn’s very much. Properties are always very clean and breakfast is always delicious. The one problem I have is the $75 nonrefundable charge for my 20 pound dog for one night that I was not made aware of in my original reservation. I understand a $25 or $30 charge but $75 is very high and will unfortunately make me think about staying at a Hampton Inn again.
