We had a wonderful stay, room was very clean and size of room was very good to accommodate family with children and staff was great.

Very clean and very nice modern stay. Friendly staff and great continental breakfast. Nice pool, we really enjoyed the pool!

It was a nice sized room that met our needs while traveling.

The room I booked said it slept 5 people. However, it only slept 2 people. It had 1 king bed. The person at the front desk claimed that you could pull out the bottom of the sofa and a twin bed would pull out, but we tried that and it would not budge. Even if that was really a twin bed like they claimed, that's still only 3 beds and the room does not sleep 5 people. There was no air conditioning in the hallways. It was 90 degrees and humid in there. We had to walk through the rainforest every time we left our room or went back to our room. Our room was 87 degrees when we first entered it; it took a long time for the room to cool down to a comfortable temperature. The second day, no one cleaned our room despite us being gone from 11 AM to 8 PM. We made sure the sleep sign was not hanging on the door so they knew to clean. We called the front desk to ask for clean towels since they did not clean the room, and they would not bring us towels. We had to go down to the front desk to get them. We specifically asked for 3 towels, but they only gave us 2. The next day when they finally cleaned the room, the lotion was gone but they did not give us a new one. The tissue box was empty, but they did not give us a more tissues either. Also, they did not give us clean glasses- just left the dirty ones. The pillows were very flat and the pillowcases were rough. The scrambled eggs at the breakfast had an unusual taste and a weird texture. They either were not real eggs or had something added

Great place to stay right off of I-95. Nice room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Will be back.

Best looking room ive seen

Meh Noise level was very high; plumbing noises from upper floors came through our bathroom pipes. Also doors I hallway very loud. It’s like the visual design was taken care of but no one listened to the impact of design on sound. Also TV didn’t work- we were told it was out in whole facility but the lobby tvs worked fine, just not in guest rooms.

Staff was great, beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, and everything was exactly what we needed. We would happily stay here again.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable and breakfast was nice. Local restaurants were lacking.

The room was clean and comfortable. My husband and I arrived for breakfast at approximately 8:45 AM, only to find that eggs were unavailable. Upon informing a staff member, we were simply told, "No more eggs." Subsequently, we observed the breakfast area being cleared for closure prior to 9:30 AM, despite the advertised end time of 10:00 AM.
