I witnessed the whole interaction and became infuriated because at that moment, I didn’t feel safe staying in that hotel with my children. I complained to the other staff member behind the desk and informed him of what had happened. He reprimanded the other employee and then asked the man in the lobby to leave. He was also communicating with someone via walkie talkie about the situation. This incident took a while to be resolved and delayed my check in process. The man did eventually leave the lobby, but then he lingered outside of the entrance for an hour before eventually leaving. Their facility’s were nice overall at this hotel but I definitely would not stay here again, knowing that the lobby is also for the public’s use and not just hotel guest!

The tub had stains. Renovations done to hotel only seem like lipstick on a pig

The lighting in the hotel is very poor. Shower is very old and outdated. No outlets other than on the nightstand lamps and in the bathroom. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Shower curtain had nasty stains. I wouldn’t come back here

I love the property. This is always my go to hotel when I visit Philadelphia. I lived in Philadelphia for over 20 years. I moved out the country and I always go back to visit and this is the hotel. They always keep me happy
