Spot wa clean and comfortable and met our needs

Clean room, pool was crowded.and noisy. The pool was very cloudy. Breakfast overpriced. Had to ask for towels over three times before actually receiving them. The hotel temperature is hot. The water pressure in the shower was horrible.

We had to change rooms twice. The first room, there was a square cutout in the ceiling above the shower exposing the pipes etc and damaged tile on the wall. The 2nd room they moved us to, the air conditioning was not working. Finally the 3rd room was ok but room not 100% clean, toilet didn’t appear clean and there were Cheerios on the floor next to the bed. The rooms were very stark. However I need to say that the staff were very nice, the maintenance guy was prompt and apologetic. The front desk folks were very nice and Jose comped a round of drinks at the bar for the inconvenience. I think removing a nights room charge would have been more in line with superior customer service.

everything was great

We ate in the bar area . The food & drinks were great. Service was good. The room was dated & needs a little lipstick.

We were quickly assigned a new room but traveling alone with my child, still made things difficult at check in. The next room was OK but it was obviously missing a piece of furniture as there was a big empty space on one side. We also found a nail and a safety pin on the ground upon entering the room. The lighting is strange in the rooms, so much so they had signs by the elevators explaining where the light switches were located. The pools were ok but dated and need to be grouted and cleaned. We had the buffet two days. The food was decent but a little pricey for the variety. The biggest downfall of the hotel, they were hosting a dancing competition. So parking was crowded, the elevators were slow but everyone was nice at least. However, 3 of the nights we were there, music and bass blasted past 3am. I got little and horrible sleep. I'm guessing this is a one off but it made for a sleep deprived vacation. I would of booked somewhere else had I known this was happening during our stay. OR the music should of been stopped by 11 or midnight. 3am is crazy!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. Everything went smoothly during my stay. The only downside was that there were a lot of kids around, so it could get a little noisy at times.

The hotel seems to be in a transition period with parts of the downstairs having active construction. The room we had was updated but they seem to have forgotten to add enough outlets or anywhere to hang towels besides ONE hook behind the door. The AC unit also sounded like a 747 when it fires up and runs. The indoor pool was a bust because of a child’s diaper explosion. Not the best experience but certainly not the worst.

Booked Radison, because I had a great experience at their Hotel in Oslo, Norway. As soon as I walked in the room after receiving the keys, found dead cockroaches in the room. Complained to front desk and they changed my room, after they went and confirmed what i had told them. Front desk told me that management wanted to discuss with me, even though i did not ask for the manager. Manager showed up and said there was nothing he could do, since I had booked thru Expedia, but just wanted to apologize. Offered to buy me breakfast, which I refused. Unfortunately everything else in area was fully booked.
