Spent a couple of nights over the 4th. Location is great however the property needs some work. Bed and AC in unit 11 need to be replaced. Room was clean, no frills but clean. Simple check in and out, parking behind hotel was a plus also. Place was built in 1953 and will not be mistaken for a 5 star resort but overall pleased and would book again.

Originally booked two night stay. Got in late the first night and the place was nothing like online photos or reviews. Wouldn’t have stayed either night off we’d gotten there earlier. Didn’t stay the second night, went to Hilton garden inn. Both places were rated 9.0 with a large number of reviews. Only Hilton garden lived up to the rating and reviews. I’ll never stay in another place that has the highway number of the location in the name. Lesson learned!

This place is perfect literally just across from the beach Flagler is our all time favorite because you literally park up and walk everywhere the food is awesome especially Craves and The Anchor and Brian who works at the Anchor is the best barman you can meet

This was a perfect little place for a solo traveller; quiet, clean and comfortable. It was a short walking distance to everything like coffee, restaurants and shops. The beach was just across the street. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Traveller tip: the cajun restaurant across the street is a fantastic place for dinner.

Loved the location straight across from the ocean, walking distance to several places to eat, have a drink, shop, & so many places to check out. Would definitely recommend & definitely stay again. Nothing.

Our room was very clean, and well appointed. The courtyard was welcoming and comfortable. The mattress left a lot to be desired, but some people prefer a very soft mattress, and others will not. The little spot across A1A was a nice touch.
