Furthermore the upstairs unit above this one has a shared door that allows all sounds and noises to heard. In our case a barking dog in the upper unit. Upon checkout we were told pets weren't allowed but we saw plenty of violations. Also the balcony of the upper unit is directly above the lower unit's. This could be a privacy issue for some.

No me ayudaron, tuve que salir una noche antes por problemas de salud y ambientales y no fueron para ayudar! Y salio una araña en la cama de mi hija.

Very nice staff. Room had everything you would need to make a great dinner. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

All the staff were super friendly. The bear paw clubhouse was one of a kind with all kinds of activities for kids and adults, complete with board games, pool tables, arcades, 2 pools and two hottubs, a basketball court and a miniature golf course. The clubhouse also serves ice cream, starbucks coffee and casual dining. Most clubhouses I have been to are sad and without attendants. Here you have nice staff keeping the place running with all kinds of activities too. There is a nice high end restaurant called the Oakmont on site that was really good too. To escape the heat of Tucson, we came up here and rented two one bedroom condos. We could not be happier with the amenities. We had already come here in Feb for Rodeo Break. There is no need to look elsewhere or to vacation elsewhere. It's got everything you need to relax and to keep the kids entertained. It is truly a one of a kind place. Will definitely come back here over and over.

The amenities for the kids and the size of the condo.
-
Amazing property that is well maintained.
-
Everything Gym being at the crowded country club, so I went to crunch with a free pass 10 minutes away.
-
Clean 305 had terrible water pressure if more than 1 appliance/fixture was on at the same time.

The Unit was dark and small. We stayed 3 nights, but I imagine a week here might be depressing
-
excellent location, many amenities , lots of activities
-
We liked the quiet setting and access to the club house, where we dined for two nights The unit we stayed in was very dusty and the sinks needed attention; there was a strong mildew smell
-
Everything was clean and very spacious rooms with nice deck overlooking the pines. The bed could use a upgrade.

Very pretty resort. The staff was extremely friendly, and checked in via text periodically just to make sure there was nothing else we needed. The hot tub at the club house was refreshing after a long day hiking the national parks nearby. The room was very nice, with a full kitchen and we'll maintained. There were five deer in our front yard one day. We loved this resort so much that we came back. We were at the same place last week.

book here…was very nice no view, but we knew that.

Could use more pans to cook and more plates. We are a family of 5 and don’t always want to run the dishwasher after a meal.
