Sonesta ES Suites Flagstaff

Not fancy, but clean and quiet and super friendly. It's on the edge of a golf course with lots of trees, and plenty of amenities nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

Typical 2 * room , had smell . Had only 1 night , checked in late and checked out normal, breakfast also not very great

We didn’t end up staying. We walked into our room and it was filthy. It was so gross we didn’t want to touch anything. Everything was very run down. The carpet was so dirty you wouldn’t want to walk on it bare foot. It smelled so strongly of dog urine you could barely breathe. We asked for a different room. We went to the next one and as soon as the door opened it smell like a dead rat was somewhere inside. They tired again, the next room was worse than the first two. We asked for a refund and were told the manager was the only one who could help us (of course they were unavailable). We paid over 300 dollars a night for a room we never stayed in. Still have not received our refund. We went up the street to the HamptonInn and had a much better experience. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here.

Overall, a very nice place to stay with my pets. Quiet area, nice views, landscaping well maintained. Bed comfy and clean. Only negative experience I had was the couch and chair were very worn and the carpet in living room area was very dirty.

I like the location and the relatively large space of the rooms. The breakfast IMO was good but my family didn't care for it. They had eggs, sausage. Pancakes were good but they would run out of batter like 15-30 minutes before the end of breakfast and refused to put out any more batter. The rooms were fairly dirty. I'm tall so I could easily see on top of lamps and they were really gross. That being said, I would stay here again and I've stayed here in the past.

Vey ancient rooms. Bugs on the floor. Spiders in bedroom.

We will be back! Great rooms . Carpet needs cleaning, couch needs dome cushion in it but overall great stay!

Bed was comfortable. Every thing was clean. Out doors were nice with picnic tables and BBQ area for a family. Pool was nice. Breakfast was really good because the allergens were clearly marked.

The property is very rough; threadbare, stained, shabby. Furniture in our room was really disgusting. But the bed was clean and comfortable.

The suite was very comfortable.

The room we stayed in, badly needed some updating. The paint on the walls was peeling off and the carpet was dirty and very worn out. The sofa was awful and not comfortable at all. The one bright spot was the bed. The pool and hot tub was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The hot tub was the same temperature as the pool. The breakfast was okay. The eggs were your typical imitation eggs. Not very good. The rest of the buffet was good.

It was very close to Foxglenn park where my daughter was playing softball. I loved how spacious it was and enjoyed having a mini apartment for the weekend. The couch had absolutely no cushion at all. The cover over it makes it look comfortable then you sit on it and it’s hard. Also for me the tv was so far away from the bed. Either move it to the middle of the room or a bigger tv.

I actually canceled a hotel in Flagstaff because the pool was under renovation. We had our granddaughter with us and wanted her to be able to swim, that is why I booked at Sonesta. Unfortunately the pool was not as clean as I would have hoped for. They had 2 lounge chairs that couldn't be used because the seat part was broken. In hind site I should have keep my original hotel because we didn't use this pool. The pool had trees around it, so the bottom on the pool looked like an accumulation of leaves.
