Sonesta ES Suites Flagstaff

The guy at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. He is the kind of person that makes you want to keep coming back! Someone in one of the other rooms had there dogs barking early in the morning, they also had them barking at people in the parking lot the evening before. It's not Sonestas fault people can't control their dogs.

It was clean, if a little dated, but there was old food from the previous guest in our microwave. Staff seemed helpful.

A good location away from the busy downtown area and directly from the golf club. Spacious room with plenty of amenities.

We only stay for one. Night the room is big. Bathroom is nice. The place looks good did not get to use pool. It look like a nice place.

Very old room and dirty. Couldn't use the pool or hot tub. Very disappointing.

Over all great value for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bed was clean and coming with a dishwasher was definitely a bonus. My only complaint is the couch is not very comfortable. I only used it when I was putting on or taking off my shoes versus for watching TV. If you plan on bringing a child, note that the sofa does pulled out, but it’s smaller than a loveseat so would not be adequate for a child under five or so unless they’re very small. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was decent. I would stay again.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast was great, the room we stayed in was clean but rough around the edges; definitely in need of an update/rehab.

Hot tub did not work after being told every morning they were fixing it that day.

As last time, a nice place to stay. Great functional kitchen. Nice continental breakfast.

We stayed just one night and left very early in the morning. My overall impression was that it was a comfortable stay but the facility is showing its age.

Appreciated the large room. Property around the hotel was pleasant. Be was uncomfortable. Dishes were not clean or put away in cupboards. Microwave was dirty.

Friendly staff, had a kitchen Hot tub was full of green algae and leaves.Room was disgusting all around! I mean it was gross . I'm not picky about little things and a room that has a few small flaws, but this was just downright nasty!! See my photos for further details.

We stayed there for 4 nights. The property is dated, but it was comfortable enough for our needs. The pictures make it look newer. No USB outlets; basic TV channels; a small kitchenette equipped with the very basics for 2. The hotel offers a basic continental breakfast. Gas stations, grocery stores, and a mall are nearby. This property is down the road from Walnut Canyon and less than 30 minutes from the Meteor Site and the Sunset Crater Volcano.

What a wonderful hotel. There were two separate bedrooms with bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent. And best of all the rooms were clean
