We really liked it here! We only stayed on night and liked the location, cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was delicious. I wish I would have called in advance about whether their pool was open. It was closed and I should have called ahead before booking. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Both in variety and quality of food. The staff were personable and efficient. It was a good stay.

The rooms are run down and in need of maintenance. The bed spread was stained. There were stains on the walls. Big dirt marks on the walls. The carpet was very dirty. My husband walks barefoot and his feet were black. The room was definitely not up to Embassy Suite standards that we are accustomed to.

The pool was not open. My kids were looking forward to use it, but we had to change plans.

It’s near homeless people!! I wasted money booking this hotel just to not stay here cuz it seems unsafe. Also looked at other reviews on how DIRTY it is. Heck no!

Pool was out of service for the season - still under repairs
-
Probably is old and is in need of updating! Uncomfortable beds, ratty curtains, stained carpets and furniture! Just kinda gross! Would not stay again! Did not use the breakfast!
-
When we arrived they had printed out and affixed to each room key that both the “pool and hot tub were closed to the season.” Seasonally closed but not updated virtually when booking (selling)? Add issues - asked to confirm my Hilton honors were confirmed, and the staff chose not to look because I booked through another site that wasn’t the direct hotels. Issues with upkeep begin at the door - the overhang into the main lobby is literally crumbling- check the construction tape. I appreciate the Hilton product and this isn’t it.

The property was fine, but there were holes in the walls and the drapes wouldn't stay closed! Some drawers wouldn't open at all and the bath wash was empty. We had no bath mat. We told the front desk about this, and she was polite but busy.

Very Clean and cool room.

The location and the staff The carpet in the room was very dirty and sticky. It needs to be professionally cleaned. There were stains all over the place. It smelt a bit like smoke. The phones in the room didn’t work. There was no way to connect with room service.

We booked our room through Expedia and specifically chose this property based on a search for a pool/hot tub and breakfast included. We checked in to our room and it was serviceable but had not been deep cleaned in some time— the sofa was badly stained, large cigar sized burn holes on the carpets and what appeared to be blood spatters on the wallpaper above the bathroom sink. We went to the pool with our children only to see a sign that the pool was closed for the Season— Summer in AZ?! The pool closure is not listed on the Expedia site or the Hilton site. The front desk blamed Expedia for the omission and Expedia blamed the hotel for the omission. We had to explain to our kids that there would be no swimming and they were obviously disappointed. We were not offered any compensation for this by Expedia or hotel staff. Also the breakfast bar is terribly understaffed and omelets were served soggy, scrambled eggs were in a pool of water and they ran out of waffle mix both days. Neither the bar nor the breakfast fountain had Diet Coke either day we stayed. Overall overpriced and a dingy property. I’m not pleased with Expedia or Embassy Suites and won’t be doing future business with either company based on this stay.

Very outdated and not well maintained….. Needs A SERIOUS Remodel! The Hilton Brand is definitely tarnished.

Very nice property

The location and the staff. Dated, dirty, lumpy beds and pillows. LOUD air conditioning that vibrated the entire room.

The staff were all great. However the hotel is very old, and needs new furnishings, carpets, beds, etc. Felt like it was from the 70's
