Reviews
-
Solid as all embassy suites are, good breakfast exceptional location for highway travel and down town
-
Pool was closed (devastating for my five-year-old), A/C in the room didn’t work and it was miserable sleeping, no extra fans for guests, room had pubic hair throughout various areas, and the hotel was generally in disarray. When we asked for a fan or help with A/C, the only option given was to go to a different hotel.

Great experience for the whole family and convenient location as well.

Food was great!

Toilet was beoke in out room had tonise our families room next door to us because the baby was asleep and we could not move the bathroom was missing patches of drywall the pool was closed and its not on your site nor theirs and no one told us when we checked in, the third room we got smelled of smoke which children stayed in the stay was horrible no one tried to correct anything bery disappointing for a Hilton rewards member and for a Embassy Location very noisy also the windows give no barrier to outside traffic and its right on the main drag of flagstaff

Staff

Traveling with a bunch of kids we had a lot of luggage to deal with. There were no luggage carts in the lobby and when we asked where they were the front desk clerk didn't seem to give a damn. I would have through that maybe they might help us to find one but they couldn't be bothered. Really, you all need to keep up on things and help a guest out when they have a need for items that should be available.

Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was excellent
-
The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms and hotel are Extremely dirty and run down. The pool was not running in July which is crazy for hot it is. I would never ever stay here again.
-
Ok rooms.

Family and dog friendly.

We really liked it here! We only stayed on night and liked the location, cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was delicious. I wish I would have called in advance about whether their pool was open. It was closed and I should have called ahead before booking. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had. Both in variety and quality of food. The staff were personable and efficient. It was a good stay.

The rooms are run down and in need of maintenance. The bed spread was stained. There were stains on the walls. Big dirt marks on the walls. The carpet was very dirty. My husband walks barefoot and his feet were black. The room was definitely not up to Embassy Suite standards that we are accustomed to.

The pool was not open. My kids were looking forward to use it, but we had to change plans.
-
Pool was out of service for the season - still under repairs
