Rooms were very clean easy access to eateries great room for the price reception was very good overall great location

Furniture had a nice design, simple and functional. The same for the bathroom. The feel of the space was upscale and showed attention to detail.

We checked in about 7:30pm and the front desk clerk Mike, was very courteous and super friendly. Will stay here again next time we visit Flagstaff.

Wasn’t a fan. They raised their prices but said booking.com raises their prices.

Room was remodeled and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Great location with easy access to everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay again!

Large room for the price. Nice welcoming and helpful staff. Some nice amenities such as large TV with good channel selection. Nice shower but limited space in the bathroom. Thin towels and low end coffee maker. Nice bed and pillow selection. Parking limited. Overall, good accommodation for the price.

The location was perfect! Our TV didn’t work and we had to have someone in twice in a two day stay to try to fix the problem. The brand new barn door for the bathroom wouldn’t actually stay closed it wouldn’t slide open as soon as you shut it. The beds were not comfy waking up both our backs were aching.

The property and room looked great, but the overpowering smell of stale cigarettes in room 114 was absolutely disgusting. There is no way that this room should be designated as a non-smoking room. We purchased 1 night in a double bed Non-Smoking room and that is not what we received. It was so bad we could not stay. We spoke with the front desk about the smell and they walked through our room to see what we were talking about. They had the audacity to tell us that they did not smell anything and that we could leave but we weren't getting a refund. We left and were charged the full amount.

The staff was super helpful and kind, especially when my daughter left her book in the room after checkout. Beds were very comfortable, and the coffee machine in the lobby was excellent.

Generally good and clean. Worked for my needs. Friendly staff. On the downside, parking is a little limited. In my room the ac was temperamental and the mini fridge did not work. Still, I would consider staying here again given the price and location.

The staff was amazing, from check in to check out. The parking was a little scarce . The hotel is being renovated. The rooms are updated, but there were some things still being worked on. The beds were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
