Was surprised that there was an additional charge for parking. Should be included in the room rate.
-
I had an amazing stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful and very friendly to my dog too. Loved the walkable location. I'll be back.
-
Breakfast was excellent and parking adequate.
-
Clean, quiet area with lots of options for eating out or delivery nearby.
-
Hotel was nice. $8 parking fee in Flagstaff is just a little silly. It's not California.

Parking is not free here. As of Jul 2026 it is 8.75 per night. Also breakfast is not free unless you’re Hyatt privileges member . If so I don’t understand the need to book from an aggregator like hotels.com

Have stayed before and will stay again. This trip we had a room in a location that had a lot of noise. Seemed well insulatied, but could actually hear the neighbor snoring during the night. Shower water flow was poor. As mentioned, had a perfect previous experience.

This hotel was top notch for a great price! Clean modern rooms! The pool and workout room was nice. Has a bar and food! I am literally going to come back next week and stay a few more days because I loved it that much 💜

Nice room. Friendly staff. A “stupid” thing of note — no luggage holder which would have been helpful. Breakfast (which we paid for) was mediocre at best. So it was a Hyatt but not much nicer than less expensive chains.

Our stay at Hyatt place flagstaff was perfect. If you’re traveling there to visit the Grand Canyon don’t hesitate to stay there. The staff was super friendly, especially Jessica the front desk person. She was amazingly courteous and helpful. We loved the location. Anything we needed, from dinner, to Walgreens and a grocery store were with minutes of the hotel. We especially loved that the Dairy Queen was just a short walk away. Our stay at the hotel was well worth the value.

Room was good size. There was a king bed with sofa. I noticed extra blankets in the closet. TV was about 55" size. $8 parking fee for an open parking lot. I booked the room there just because I got discounted price. Breakfast is $11 if you're not Hyatt member, so I went out to eat.

Good location. Clean. Booking should have informed that they charge for parking. Also breakfast is not included when you book through a third party.
-
Comfortable bed Paid parking? Open lot, why pay for parking, No hot water, had to leave water running for a while for hot water to come out, a real waste of water.
-
Probably the friendliest hotel staff around! Called us after check in to make sure we were happy eith our room. Super clean and we loved the breakfast! Definitely great place to stay. However be aware of 100dls pet fee. Kinda steep but we loved the place and our pets so we were willing to pay!

It was a bad experience, one of the rooms next to us had a dog and you can hear the dog jumping around and running bad bad.

Noah at the front desk was wonderful. He recommended a couple places to go out to eat for dinner which was much appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean. We will be staying here from now on when we visit flagstaff. Also, the breakfast was delicious.

Clean and ran well. Pay for parking.

Awesome
-
The extra large TV. The room smelled very strongly of perfume or "air freshener", which I could hardly stand. I didn't like not being able to open a window. The water pressure in the shower was somewhat low. The fridge wasn't cold enough at the highest setting.
