We stayed here for one night as it we were up there to move my son out of his apartment and this was the closest property. Upon check in, we were told that it was an additional 8$ and some change to park on the property and that it would be 100$ non refundable deposit to keep a dog overnight. I did not see any of this on the website. Luckily, my son was able to keep his pup overnight in the apartment. The room was nice. Very spacious but the floors were very sticky from whatever cleaner they used. After we checked out the next day, a charge showed up on my statement for roughly 24$ and some change. I had to call the property to find out what this was all about and was told they charge for breakfast per person. This was also not informed to us upon check in and I am also a Hyatt member (was never asked upon check in). Overall the property was easy to get to and a nice place to stay but beware of all the hidden charges.

Lovely surprise. Also a fabulous amenity that late night you can actually get a bite to eat and they have a bar that’s open till midnight. Wonderful service, wonderful crew, wonderful room. I would stay here every time I come to Flagstaff

We stayed one night, the front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful. I had ice packs that needed freezing and they were able to place them in a freezer for me, which I really appreciated. My only complaint about the hotel are the room doors and walls. The walls are pretty thin and my neighbor had their TV a little loud which during the day or early evening it was fine but at midnight I am trying to sleep and I can hear the TV and sometime even the people in that room talking. Also the front doors to the rooms, very heavy and they slam shut very loudly. It woke me up a few times when other rooms entered the room at night. Also, the showers that are not tubs, water seeps under the glass and gets the floors near the shower really wet. Just messy. Other than that the property and rooms are very clean and spacious.

Also, I did not know breakfast was $11 extra & parking $8.

Clean room, great staff and breakfast
-
Rooms super clean and the lady at the FD when I check in was the best!
-
The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable, but the entire hotel was very noisy. Every time someone left their room you could hear the door slam loudly. It was also very easy to hear the people walking above are room.
-
We highly recommend staying at this hotel. The Hyatt Place wins overall.
-
The hotel and room were clean. It was definitely worth the stay for the price I paid
-
Everything was great with the stay, just be aware that there’s a $100 pet cleaning fee if you have a pet with you. They let you know after you have check in with them.

The room was very clean and beautiful, and front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, breakfast was good.

Was traumatized with the hotel stay the night before pulling into the Hyatt…what a fresh of breath air, friendly, clean and met my expectations. Most importantly was super reasonably priced, my only “complaint” are that the walls are kind of thin so you can hear everything being said or done next door, additionally they need to install some type of spring on the doors bc every time it opens it slams so hard you can hear everything
