Clean room and the staff were very accommodating from the moment we checked in. Overall, it was a good experienced and comfortable stay!

The staff was amazing but it was little uncomfortable to be stopped at breakfast to question about whether I had a stay in the hotel.

A bar and restaurant on site is the reason I booked this hotel. Sadly, the desk clerk had to work as the desk, bar, and restaurant on site. Total failure on management

I loved staying at the Hyatt House. I loved the quiet location. It was nice having a bar with gourmet coffee and drinks. I would definitely stay there again in Flagstaff.

It’s the best night to stay comfortably. Love the rooms with double queens and sectional seating area. Every hotel should make you feel this comfortable!

Stayed here a lot. Wish showers had more pressure, but there are regulations.

Had dinner at the bar. Food was limited to sandwiches and finger food. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

The representatives dont communicate with each other about letting guests know about fees. It took an hour to receive room items that we requested.

We saw our one night day was very nice. The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. And I really like the 12 o’clock checkout time.

My dog had surgery and the staff was very loving and really made us feel welcome.

The hotel and staff and cleanliness were honestly amazing. The only thing (which is a big thing) is that I could hear every single thing in the room next to me and outside. There was a group of bikers checking out at 5am who decided to play loud music that woke us up. Which isn’t the hotels fault. But we could hear other peoples conversations in the bathroom as well as some unpleasant noises such as the couple next door doing the deed like we were in the room with them which was extremely uncomfortable considering I was with my family. Even with the tv on you could hear everything. This made the stay very uncomfortable. The staff and hotel were amazing it’s just having the peace and quiet and privacy is extremely important.

Very nice. Clean. Comfy beds. Great price. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Buffet breakfast. Late checkout was nice. Will definitely stay again.
