Great rooms for the price

Clean and safe. Check in was easy. Front desk was awesome. Breakfast and coffee is lacking and it was really late. I think the front desk worker was pulling a double and worked a lot of hours.

The ice machine didn't work, almost no hot water but the location and pice were good.

1. Their customer service & staff are exceptional. They're friendly, personable, attentive, and helpful. I really enjoyed each transaction with all of them. 2. Nice property: Very clean, comfortable beds and good pillows (both beds were medium/soft...I hate a firm, hard mattress), spacious rooms, and big TV. 3. Easy access even after hours. Both of my stays, I came in after 10pm when the office is closed. I called ahead of time to let them know, and they placed my key in a lockbox outside the office. (Tip: You'll want to bring a flashlight or phone (for light) and reading glasses if you need them like I do to open the lockbox.) 4. Single level motel; park right outside your room. 5. Quiet & safe at night. The street just outside the motel does get very busy and loud in the morning, but at night, it's very mellow and quiet. I was able to sleep undisturbed by noise. There really was only one negative thing for me: 1. There's too much cleaning product used in the rooms. The overwhelming smell gave me a bad headache each time (I'm sensitive to odors). I think the beds were also sprayed down with something, because when I flipped the pillows, the odor became more pronounced. Even after airing my room out for more than an hour, it wasn't much better. I shared my feedback the next day with the kind employee; he apologized & said he would let them know.

I arrived at check in and no one was at the front desk. There wasn’t a bell available for me to ring to get anyones attention either. Behind a closed door that was for employees only I heard loud rave music. I knocked on the door and someone came out to check me in. As I enter our room there are noticeable stains on the sheets on one of the beds. I meet my husband out for dinner and have him call for them to change the sheets. When we come back they change sheets on one of the beds (the one without stains) and replace it with different sheets with stains on them! So now we have two beds with stains on them. My husband goes to talk to the front to get them to change it again. They say house keeping is gone so we need to do it ourselves. I also noticed small hairs on comforters and there was rust on the door. We only stayed one night and that was one too many. I normally don’t write many reviews but we stay at places based off of how good the reviews are and this place had pretty good reviews and I don’t want anyone else making a mistake by staying here like we did.

It was alright. That the light above the night stand wasn't working and also the outlet was either.

Very good . Great location for Downtown. Accommodating staff and clean and comfortable rooms will stay again on next visit
-
Motel is decent for an affordable stay in Flagstaff. Not too far from downtown where the restaurants and bars are. Perfect walking distance.
-
Would definitely stay at this motel again the next time I visit.
-
Great location, updated spacious room, comfortable bed, nice tv, mini fridge but no microwave (but one in office next to coffee). Stayed for a long weekend - good value.
-
Pleasantly surprised. Clean, comfortable, and great location to downtown. Great stay and great price.
-
Surprisingly well maintained/renovated. Old type motel on the old highway but roomy and in excellent condition. Safe location. I will definitely stay there again. Drawbacks: no microwave in the room and ice machine wouldn’t work.

Wonderful recommend.

Great staff, signs of new paint and updating, very clean. None of that can overcome the hollow doors and old windows, which allow a crashing amount of street sound in at night. It's quieter sitting in your car in the parking spot outside your room. A bummer for this place but you'll get little sleep.

Location, clean, value The bathtub was slippery

Location is good to explore all surrounds!

Great location, free coffee, clean nice room Don't have electric kettle or microwave, all are in front desk that only open till 10pm. Not great if you suddenly want or need a midnight snack

Staff was super nice and although an older property was overall clean. Walkable to downtown. Mattresses seems uneven maybe need to be flipped. Back of bathroom door needed cleaning.
