It was clean, convenient and the staff was nice.

The property is very centrally located. It’s is clean and the beds are comfortable.

This place met all of our needs (quiet, comfortable bed, well-functioning a/c) and the perfect location for moving my daughter into NAU and going downtown. Will absolutely stay here again.

We liked that it was across the street from the university, and close to almost any food you could want. Motel was clean and historic. Didn’t know we were in Radiator Springs!! Lol

Location No kettle in the room

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was nice, nothing special but comfortable I dropped my water on the floor and a mopped it up and the floor was filthy.

Staff is incredible, the location was perfect, and the price was right. As long as you know it's Motel going into it without a lobby to hang out in or any common space, then you will be fine.

Bed was sooo comfortable, and the shower water pressure was great, perfect after a long day at the South Rim, and, when you get back from a long day, you find that house-keeping has made your bed, emptied your trash, and folded/refreshed your towels.

Clean room, friendly staff

Basic motel, very friendly, super easy check in, 10/10 would grab another night here.

For the most part the room was value for money. Floor could have been cleaner . Bed very soft .
