Rooms and facilities are decent Staff is unfriendly and not very helpful. Horrible parking situation. Couldn't park 2 vehicles there. Threatened to tow one and had to park on street outside facility. Twice tried to talk to staff and was directed to talk to next days staff that they couldn't help me.

Well located, well run and staff was friendly.

We did not experience the breakfast. The staff at check-in was extremely helpful and I had absolutely no trouble regarding my service dog. The only complaint is that the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever experienced. As such, I had very little sleep.

Clean and friendly PARKING

Great location and staff. The bed was like sleeping on lumpy box springs. Awful! Not as bad as my stay at Sleep Inn but close.

Easy check-in. Breakfast was nice - fresh coffee with flavored creamer, plus I loved the Nutella & peanut butter for my banana. And the walk to downtown was easy. can't think of a thing

The location is ideal for being close to attractions in the city and the staff was very hospitable. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Though the location is great, the access from S. Mike Place can be tricky.

Front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful when asked for dinner recommendations and directions9 Price was a bit high and neighborhood could have been a bit better, although not necessarily too bad.

Our room was incredibly spacious and spotless. The bathroom was perfectly clean, and most importantly, the bedsheets and towels were absolutely pristine. I’m highlighting this because, unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience regarding cleanliness just two days prior at a famous, historic hotel located a bit outside the downtown area, which we had chosen based on its high reviews..... If you are on the fence about where to book, go with this one, you won't regret it. The location is also exceptional. It’s in a very safe area, and just a 2-minute walk away, there is a fantastic brewing place that serves great food, with a pizzeria right next to it. Everything here is kept meticulously clean. The internet is super fast, which was a huge plus. On top of that, the hotel offers great amenities like a guest laundry room and a gym. The included breakfast was also fantastic; the staff manages it wonderfully, keeping everything immaculate and well-stocked. They truly deserve praise for their hard work. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable Access to the property is difficult and being charged for parking when I’m paying $150 for a room. I booked a handicap room for a reason, yet it was the furthest room down the hall.

Most of the breakfast was ok but the eggs were disgusting
