Super 8 by Wyndham Conference Center NAU/Downtown

My room was very clean. I liked the room amenities such as the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The breakfast was very good and there were lots of choices. The property could use some updating but overall for my needs it was a good choice.

I like its location. It’s centered pretty well in the city.

Would stay at it again friendy staff good breakfast

It was pretty loud, decent amount of traffic noise from the street. We were also unlucky with a neighbor who checked out at 6am and we could hear them very loudly. The upkeep on the building was not great. The outside roof edge had noticeable damage from what looked like someone running into it. There was also lifting on the laminate floors in the kitchen area. Lastly, the door to the room was finicky. Had to have a staff member come let me in the first time and he showed me the "trick" to get it to work.

Breakfast area was very tight space and congested.

Booking dot com offered me a $50 rebate which never happened.

Nice location a bit away from downtown area. Room is new and clean. The pillow is too small but that's fine. The hot tub is great!!!

Enjoyed my stay at Super 8. Good breakfast and nice pool and hot tub. food choices in the area.

Clean, great location, and the indoor pool is a perfect escape from the summer heat. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the seating area. Just remember to bring your own toiletries, or you can request a kit at the front desk. They don't make it available in the room.

The location It was hot in my room at night.

The hotel was pretty clean. Staff was very friendly. Pool was nice and hot tub would have been nice if jets were working. Not a lot of choices for breakfast but at least it was included. Would have been better if they had bagels, different variety of cereals, maybe some danishes or muffins and more then just orange juice for juices. Overall it was a good experience and priced pretty good. Did like the microwave, countertop, and refrigerator in the room. Shower was nice Room was roomy and beds comfortable but bring a pillow those are lumpy. Close to a lot of places to get food and drinks.

Bathroom was ADA although I did find a spider on the floor of the shower while I was showering. Bed was comfortable and was at correct height from the floor.

The staff was always available, friendly, and eager to help with any questions or issues we had we had an issue with the room lock, the staff responded quickly and helped resolve it.

The price was perfect. There was a stain on the sheet
