Highland Country Inn

Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Definitely a great value for being so close to downtown. A bonus is the cute coffee shop immediately next to the inn!

The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and cool. This property was immaculately maintained and the rooms were spotless. Even better, the owners were kind and very accommodating. We showed up at 10 AM and since they had a room ready they went ahead and checked us in!! Great value for the price if you are not looking for anything fancy.

Clean room, good A/C, very convenient to NAU & downtown. This is a no frills motel but good for a brief stay.

The hotel was very clean and newly renovated. Good location, only a 10 minute easy walk to downtown Flagstaff. Keurig coffee makers in every room.

Clean and well maintained property with ample parking

I pushed hard and asked a few more times and finally got two extra blankets. At the same time they tried to take the other comforters I had in the room. I won't be back.

This is a great property for a simple stay. The room was clean and beds were firm but comfortable enough to sleep well. Staff were friendly and accommodating, they allowed me to park on property prior to checking in as I arrived very early. I would stay again!

Clean and good stay. Just tv remote was kind of greasy and the AC unit air was right under the curtain so it blocked all the cool air from being able to blow to the other bed away from the window

The toiletries provided were great and individually packaged, which I appreciate. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner, fridge and microwave all functioned properly. Even though it’s close to the main street through town, it was quiet and you didn’t hear the traffic or the train. Very convenient location to walk to downtown area. Coffee shop next door. Price was very good for the quality of cleanliness and location. Definitely will be staying here again.

We love the location. Walk everywhere for dining and entertainment. We’ve stayed there maybe 10x. Our go to in Flagstaff. Rooms always very clean. Good little coffee /breakfast burrito place right there. While not fancy, it’s amazingly comfortable.

Highland Country Inn was excellent bang for the buck. The place is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is pretty basic but the shower was amazing and they offered shampoo, conditioner, make up remover and lotion along with bar soap. The fridge was a good size with a microwave and coffee maker, all of which worked well. The pillows were adequate and the bed though a bit firm was still comfy. The best part is there is great coffee shop next door and its walking distance to downtown Flag and the breweries. I would definitely stay here again. The parking lot is small and can be challenging to park at times.
