Highland Country Inn

Stayed one night at Highland Country Inn. Check in was easy with a very nice gentleman at the front desk. The room was clean and functional. The bed was very comfortable. Overall I thought it was a great value and a good choice for a short stay.

I LOVED THE STAFF. They were professional, friendly, helpful and showed a great hospitality.

I am a germaphobe and I usually find myself cleaning a room before I feel comfortable. I didn’t have to do that here. It looked, smelled and was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom did exactly what it needed to. Just a message to the owners. The toilet has a small water leak going through the bowl. This alone can cost you $100’s a yr in water but more importantly AZ water is scarce. You should look into replacing the seals/parts inside the toilet tank. Thanks for having such a clean space at affordable price.

Great little place. Nothing too luxurious but if you need a simple and clean room it's perfect. The bathrooms were very clean and everything worked just fine. The building itself is in a great location and the parking made it easy to walk to the fun parts of Flagstaff. There's even a little coffee shop right next to it. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and informative. Location is prime. I would stay again.

Booked this place because it had some of the highest ratings in Flagstaff. Staff was helpful, room was clean and area wasn’t horrible (lots of places within walking distance). But that’s about the extent of the highlights. Bed was hard, rooms are older and could use updating. Wasn’t a bad stay by any means, just not much to it outside of an economical place to lay your head at night.

This is a clean quiet motel so close to NAU it was perfect. Bed was super comfortable and the room was equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

What a perfect location for an overnight stay in Flagstaff. Easy walk to downtown. The property is very well maintained and clean. The staff was very kind and efficient. Great parking and right next door to a coffee shop.

Soft lighting , close to train station & mountain line Bus station. The beds are soft, coffee pod maker in room, small shampoo and soaps included. There was construction nearby and the power went out

The rooms are big and clean and the staff is very helpful. There is plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay there and it’s very close to downtown. The curtains make the room dark so u can get a good night's sleep and it is a very quiet area.

Room was a bit worn but well-maintained, clean and comfortable. Coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge in room. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Laundry onsite. Easy free parking. Quiet neighborhood. Good location; chill local coffee shop next door, grocery right across the street, half dozen places to eat and drink in easy walking distance. Cons: None. Enjoyed it, would stay again
