absolutely NOTHING, the "rehab" done on the room was awful, when i walked to the bathroom, the floor shook which in return made the standalone closet shake like it was about to fall down, there were people cooking on hibatchi's outside their door, i thought i was in a 3rd world country, flagstaff you can do much better than this! everything from the initial contact with checking in, to not being told how to locate my room, the disgusting room in it self, the people cooking dinner on the floor right outside their door to the loitering that took place all night long

The location was the only good quality of this hotel It was filthy. Bed bugs, trash, crumbs in the sheets, tvs don’t work in the bedrooms. After only being in the room for an hour and discovering these issues I asked to check out around 8pm and they informed me there was no refunds and were uncaring of the poor conditions.

The check-in process was not welcoming at all. We checked in on a kiosk with a virtual employee that was hard to hear and also hard to understand. The rooms were ok, but the overall appearance is very rundown and not well kept. The bathroom does not have hooks to hang your towels on and there was also no bath mat provided. The linens on the bed are stained. Also the internet did not work for half of our stay. We started with quite a few channels on the tv and then some of them disappeared and we only had 5 working channels with hunting shows. This was the worst place we had stayed on our three week vacation. Would not stay here again. Oh and all of our room keys deactivated on our second night and we had to wait in the office to get them reactivated.

I like the medium/firm pillow top mattresses. The towels are clean and soft. I slept extremely well during my stay there. Yes, the trains travel by Route 66 regularly, but it didn’t bother me. I couldn’t hear my neighbors, so that’s all that mattered to me personally. I just wish I could navigate all the cable channels with more than just a channel up/down option on the remote. A guide and the ability to push in the channel number would be helpful. Also light housekeeping services would be ideal for stays longer than a couple of days, but the staff were really helpful with making sure I had plenty of supplies. I’d definitely stay there again for another 7 days.

The hotel is across the street from the railroad, so I heard trains all night. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice hotel: staff were friendly and informative. Within walking distance of central flagstaff with restaurants. Room was clean and all the basic amenities on offer.

Room and an odor minimal upkeep in room cracked light switch for two adults only one wash cloth one hand towel two bath towels no floor towel for shower open ceiling light with no cover coffee pot broken it was a let down don’t stay here. Also no waste basket in bathroom and no where to put luggage or hang clothes.

My room had hair in it. No iron. Across the street from the train so constantly loud

The room was clean and fully stocked and at an excellent price. The check in process was cumbersome - had to speak to a virtual front desk who had issues checking us in. Thankfully there was a person physically present who helped us.

It was a ok place to stay.

I was on a solo trip in Flagstaff and this was the perfect place to stay. After hiking all day, I was able to walk to downtown from the hotel for dinner and shopping. Great location!
