Hotel Aspen InnSuites Flagstaff/Grand Canyon

Although it was near the railroad track, it was quite & comfortable.

We were told at check in that the 2 rooms we booked were next to each other, but they were not.

Horrible dirty room. Stains on the chairs and in the bathroom. Strong Oder and very noisy air unit that didn’t cool the room much. Wouldn’t give me a refund wven though I didn’t end up staying my whole time. It was ugly and dirty and my first room didn’t even have a bolt lock so I changed to one that did.

This hotel is super convenient and affordable. More towels and better blankets would be great. Not a big deal though. The housekeeping staff is awesome!

The staff was friendly and courteous, which we appreciated. However, housekeeping could be improved. When we needed fresh towels and washcloths, we had to call twice before receiving them. If you’re looking for a basic place to stay, it may meet your needs, but don’t expect a modern hotel experience.

The location was perfect. Room was clean and tidy. Helpful staff. Easy check in with Live agent.. something I experienced new here

Rooms are clean. Nice to have a fridge. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable. Checking in and out is quick and easy.

But the beds and room were very clean and comfortable and coffee was good. Quiet property. Very nice. I'll be back.

AC worked well but laundry machine did not work. Had to take clothes elsewhere. Staff was friendly. Had pool available and lots of parking

Love this hotel, early check in with no fee. Late check out with no fee. Super comfortable beds, amazing shower, and an 8ft deep pool. Cheap laundry on site overall affordable and one of my favorite stays in flagstaff.

Room was clean bed comfortable just bathroom sink drain was slow draining clogged

Everything was perfect, customer service was great, however, when I woke up in the morning, I was covered in bug bites, NOT bedbugs. I want to clarify, just spider bites.

Needed a place for our son and his girlfriend to stay while they were waiting for their apartment to be ready for move in. This was affordable and they said everything was fine. We weren't expecting luxury at this price, but we wanted them to be somewhere safe and clean. This fit the bill and we appreciated having this option.

It was very enjoyable to stay at.

The pillows were stained and inside out with no protector over the actual pillow. The toilet wobbled when we sat on it and it was just poorly constructed. The beds were comfortable when we finally laced down and tried to not think of if it was clean.
