The air conditioning unit is very loud on top of the frequent train noise. The other reason for my poor rating is that it's advertised having "A continental hot breakfast ..." when obviously there is none. I switched last minute from a hotel that had a breakfast to this one.

I had a very pleasant stay. Staff was professional and helpful. My room #243, had 2 issues that could use some attention. The a/c was very noisy and the toilet was not secured and rocked. But I would stay here again. Clean with a great price.

Great room with lots of room. Fairly updated. The pool was actually heated so that was a huge plus!! We will return again. Only downside was the hotel states that they have breakfast but it was clear they did not have that option.

We booked the Suite room for the family of 4. It was great. The town were not that attractive.
-
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would stay again.
-
Strange room layout, dated and poorly maintained fixtures and spaces.
-
For the price that we paid was okay, however, I believe it should be maintained more. We had to ask for a different room due to the mini fridge not working, and the second room that we got had a bathroom that did not look like it was cleaned properly. There was a lot of hair wrapped around the shampoo and conditioner bottles. The chairs were very worn looking and torn.
-
Location near downtown was very convenient. For the cost, we were very satisfied.
-
Clean room and comfy bed. Only thing Is the hotel room smell that plagues most hotels.
-
Relaxing!
-

We need a hot tub
-
It was mid.
-
Most uncomfortable beds. The room is so noisy the pipes in the walls or something made a banging noise all night. Staff was not helpful at all and couldn’t do anything. Never staying in this place again!!
-
They do not disclose a fee for your animals until check in rooms are kind of small for the price.
-
No suggestions, except that the sign stating that management is not responsible for any damages to vehicles parked there is a bit of a downer.
-
Room was a little old and worn but clean and that's what matters. Beautiful view of one of my favorite towns.

While not perfect, this hotel did a nice job with the decor...nice pictures of Aspen trees on the walls. The air conditioning worked extremely well...very important to me. Most hotels have dim rooms that make it hard to read even when all of the lights are on. This room had lots of light...another big one for me. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. We didn't use the pool, but I saw someone brushing it down each morning. A good sign.
