Relax Inn Motel

Booked for one night. Arrived late at night. Was reserved a room on the second floor. Parking was ridiculous and had to bring bags up an outdoor stairway. Lighting went off on the second floor balcony early in the morning. We had to haul our bags back down stairs in partial darkness and could not check out because the office was closed. No instructions were given how we were supposed to check out so we had to backtrack after the office had opened so we could check out. Was very inconvenient. Would not recommend.

Close to restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. I didnt like the fact the train started running across the street at 9 PM and continued all night long! It kept me up all night and that is the only reason I'm rating it 7/10.

Nothing bad about this place!

The room was renovated and was nice. When I booked it said $25 pet fee per accommodation but I was charged $50 for both of my 13 pound dogs. The room was not worth $110. Especially because there was a very active railway right across the street. Very noisy. Also no place for my dogs to relieve themselves, except for a crusty piece of land that I was scared to walk on. I wouldn’t go back.

Easy, no frills, close to all the bars and restaurants.

If you are looking for a place to rest for a very reasonable price, this is the place. Fair warning that it is across the street from train tracks and they pass very frequently, so if you are a light sleeper then you may want to think twice. Room was clean, however felt a little outdated and could use some updates. Overall, it was exactly what you would expect for the price.

I really like this property. It is nice and clean and quiet. The only problem is that inside that bathrooms (in both rooms I stayed in recently), there is a notable sewer odor. You might want to have that looked at. Otherwise, I love the place.

The location is perfect for visiting the town of Flagstaff. Check in was quick and friendly. The room was very small! Difficult to maneuver with luggage. The mattress was rock hard!

This was a very pleasant experience. I stayed at a different hotel in Flafstaff the previous weekend and wished I would have booked here that time as well. The price is good and the rooms are just what you need. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

That motel must be old but it was make covered and nice. The employees are must be Indians.

I liked that it was run by a nice family which made it more personal. The room was on the small side, but cozy and clean. I didn't like that the original price was hiked by additional fees that didn't make sense. There was no pool or other facilities that justified additional fees. The outdoor area could use a face lift.
