Friendly and courteous! Great property, close to everything, comfortable beds and plenty of parking. I stay here whenever I’m in town. This is my favorite place when I come for business.

Bathroom towels very small and thin

One CON: Railroad tracks across the street. I only expected about 6 trains in a 12-16hr period. Nope. This is one busy set of tracks. If you're a light sleeper this may be a deal breaker. Front desk will provide ear plugs. Try getting a room to the back of the property.

On Route 66 Handicap room because it had a walk in shower, but the doors were narrow and no way a wheelchair or walker could get into the room or bathroom! The step to get into the room was very high.

Overall, this was a great place to stay, especially at a budget, friendly price. It was easy to check in and check out, friendly staff, and the room was clean and updated. I would bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Only real negative is my husband and I found the bed extremely uncomfortable so for that reason only, I wouldn’t stay here again as we didn’t get much sleep. However, if you like extremely firm beds, you’ll probably enjoy it here.

Second visit. Good location. Beds well covered for hygiene. Large window that could be opened for night air. No glaring outside lighting. Basically clean, but the bottom edges of the shower stall were very soiled, mildew+.

I’ve been staying here for over 6 years amazing mom and pop spot clean, great location access to all of flagstaff.

Great place to stay when driving on Route 66 or visiting Grand Canyon National Park. Good value for the price. Highly recommended.
