Hampton Inn Florence Midtown near University of North Alabama

Staff was friendly. This Hampton Inn is definitely not upto standard. Outside areas were dirty. Pool and deck was dirty and the room was worse. I had to ask for sheets to cover the sofa and chair before you could sit on them. Carpet and bathroom tile was filthy. Walls stained and bed linens, towels stained. Certainly not worth the rate charged or 3 star rating. Location was nice and safe with many restaurants to choose from and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was just Ok.

This is the 2nd time in a month I have been to this hotel. Staff are always nice and professional. Breakfast staff are great. House crew is excellent with up keep and cleaning.

This room suited our needs fine for the type of trip we were on. Nachelle, (I think that was her name) at the front desk, was phenomenal! What a ray of sunshine! So kind and helpful!

Our stay was very good. The facility was clean, staff was very nice and accommodating. Our only complaint is that the sheets on our bed were the wrong size. We had a king size bed and it was obvious that the sheets were too small. The flat sheet barely reached the edge of the bed on both sides and the fitted sheet was not big enough to wrap the corner of the mattress causing us to continuously pull the sheet back onto the mattress. Other than the sheet issue, Our stay was very good.

Staff nice. Later checkout at noon, rather than 11 like most. Room okay, but all of the furniture old and marred. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Breakfast disappointing. Hilton hotels are overpriced for the quality. Used to be a lot nicer. ??

The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Great customer service and the were friendly workers. The hotel had a great display of southern hospitality.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible. We tried adjusting the shower head, but it would not get very much pressure

Everything was great, The best staff I have ever seen, every time we went out to go somewhere and come back in! We were Greated with a smile, and they spoke to us each time, and were asked if everything was fine, are did we need anything else. Like i said I have never seen anything like it! And thank you from the bottom of my of our Hearts!

I loved the staff. They were very kind and helpful. We stayed two nights and were under the impression that we would have room cleaning during the day. We came back to no new towels or room cleaned. I was a little disappointed in that. I had to send my husband to get towels for us while I was in the shower.
