Great location, close to downtown and UNA

Parking good: breakfast not warm enough for me.surprised Hampton Inn couldn’t give me a receipt showing charges and payments even tho it was booked thru a third party.

Check in was quick and easy. After having trouble with my room key card we figured out the door needed new batteries. Once the problem was fixed everything went smooth. Loni at the front desk was amazing! She helped us with the key card problem and suggested several places for food and fun.

When coming back from an outing, I noticed the maintenance man was outside my door with my door open painting.

Room was fine. Location convenient Air conditioner sucked. We were hot all night. The control on the wall was obviously just a prop

Everything was clean.. I asked for a late check out so my children could play in the pool. And I was told they did not do you late checkouts. I asked for disability room and there was no handrails by the toilet only one handrail in the shower and no seat I'm in a wheelchair with one leg. The pictures I seen on booking.com had rails by the toilet and a seat in the shower and rails.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. The front desk staff were very nice and the fresh fruit at breakfast was a nice surprise. I would stay here again.
