The lady at the front desk was very friendly and very helpful with my stay. I will definitely stay again and look for other Executive hotels in my travels. Thanks

dirty microwave, hardened food. dead bugs on floor. when we put water in coffee maker to rinse, it came out yellow.

My stay was okay except for one thing. The bathroom tub was not cleaned properly but other than that everything was fine.

Breakfast was meh… waffles and orange juice or coffee, bananas, dry oatmeal packets, or cereal and milk was for breakfast, it could have been better Parking lot was full so we had to park away from where our room was. When we first got there, I got super scared because there was men all over and that was very uncomfortable. Second, we didn’t know there was a staircase where we had parked, so we walked all the way to where we could see the stairs to go up to our room. Thirdly, there was a lot of noice like at 3 in the morning. The people next door had shown up and made a lot of noise and woke my toddler up. Fourth, the whole time I thought the door was opened. It didn’t close right. The floor was super dirty as well.

The room was nice and spacious, very clean. They had free breakfast. The lady was there at check in and check out, she was very friendly and great customer service!

It smelled horrible when we walked in. There was an unflushed poop in the toilet. Massive spider in our bathtub and a dirty towel sitting on the toilet. Had to kill 4 beetles in our room, probably due to the lack of weather stripping on the main door.. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel because we felt gross staying there. And it wasn’t just our room, because my parents’ room hadn’t been cleaned either and they had to be moved.

The staff was extremely friendly, polite and very helpful. The property is well lit and there's cameras. They makes you feel safe traveling alone as a solo woman. And I love the fact that they have a continental breakfast.

Needs more sugar pack for coffee or tea. Yes as of what you ask for the second one. Welcoming you when you stay.

It was close to my location. I was able to get a room downstairs The place was a bit run down. Chipped sink in the bathroom, plug didn’t work for the coffee pot. No conditioner in the bathroom.
