Room was clean but the air was not working properly. Lower the thermostat for a cooler room and it didn’t shut off. When I turned it up it didn’t turn back on. Woke up to the room at 65. Wife loved it I needed a blanket. Overall was a good stay.

Over all it was very welcoming, clean, elevator was down but immediately taken care of, breakfast was enough to get us started. Perfect area with HEB right across and Bill Miller BBQ, great location. Staff I give them a 10+.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was ok. Not updated. The last night we were there, we found a large cockroach running around the room. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well after that.

Everything was great except for the horrible smell coming from somewhere around the refrigerator. Called front desk and they sent maintenance the next day thinking it was the tray at the bottom of refrigerator. The next day the smell was still there. Think maybe they have an issue with the fridge or the carpet under it. If we didn't have a bunch of stuff, I would have asked to have been moved. Room 210. Hot tub was about the same temperature as the pool. Staff is very friendly and breakfast was great. Had issues with key cards on all the doors, maintenance was changing them all out when we were leaving.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was an added plus. Convenient location.

The guy at front desk was nice. My room had a smell to it like mildew or mold.

The staff was phenomenal! Our keys didn't work and the front desk was so great and willing to come up to us if it happened again. There were three young boys running up and down the 2nd floor hallway and 3rd. They were throwing food in the hallways. They were riding up and down the one elevator the hotel had. No parents in sight. It was very obnoxious to say the least.
